Very well written and well thought out application, seems you actually did take time to follow the staff application process in its entirety, but it seems you should go back and re-read the staff rules one more time in case there have been any changes or updates you've missed since you last applied. Make sure you read every one carefully, they are integral to your application and potential future as staff.

Description: I suggest making an exhaustive list of laws that are acceptable for the Mayor to make, or at least all that you can think of as to not suppress creativity. (partly making this because I have run out of ideas) Reasoning: My creativity has been stifled as Mayor by staff telling me my laws are minge (some were), or that they don't show in logs so I can't make them. Even laws that are RP based where the police must interact with the citizens to find out if they are breaking the law and citizens can make up a story of their own allowing an easy way to avoid being arrested. This clarification will allow an easy reference for staff and players to know if a law is unacceptable.

Going to have to be a -1 from me. The effort for the events especially is just really not there. The only contribution in this app as I understood it is adding more “point and shoot,” which is really not something we are lacking. Not putting anything for a most creative idea because “nobody listens to my ideas” is very mislead considering this is literally the platform where we are asking for ideas and actively reading them/ giving feedback. You also provided some negative feedback on events stating that they’re “go here, fight x, rescue x, leave,” however you didn’t use the 6 different idea questions to provide an alternative (even though I don’t believe that your formula applies to a solid chunk of events). There is no group that I discuss ideas with more than our T.GMs, as they can often offer a completely new perspective that long time GMs may have a hard time seeing. I urge you to take some time and resubmit an application that shows an appropriate amount of effort and motivation.

By level (then prestige, etc) would make more sense imo, as you rank up you progress through the rows/columns. It let's people know that their next milestone is, etc.
