[minimum 2 paragraphs] To be blunt, what separates me apart from other applicants is mindset. Going into a staff/moderation position, I would like to use it as a tool for teaching others, rather than simply taking sits and punishing. Player Bases like MRP’s require staff members to be understanding, respectful and progressive, inspiring other players and creating connections that entices new players to join, and old players to stay. Currently, I work as a barista at Starbucks, and we pride ourselves on the ability to connect with others, and establish a sense of familiarity and order. These qualities are absolutely necessary for anyone who wishes to succeed as a staff member on GG MRP. I have been playing GG MRP for 4 years, I’ve had experience with genuinely every type of player, and have learnt to understand, empathize and relate to all of the personalities on the server to ensure cooperation and understanding with others. Since being unbanned, I’ve kept my promise. I said that I wanted to try my absolute best at giving back to the community however I could, and I believe that I could do this further by having a moderator position. But perhaps my greatest asset is my ability and wish to learn and improve. For the past years since I was gone from MRP, I had been sort of on a mental quest to genuinely improve myself, the way I act, and how I’m treating others. As time goes on, I’m continuing to become a better and greater person, and that will reflect in my actions as staff, a player, and a leader. The naas I know is one from some time ago so my opinion may not hold up but, oh well Naas is one of the most respectful and responsible peoples i've seen on the server, he is fully capable of handling a staff position, and could do great for the server if he was given an opportunity. +1, Good luck man!

Over the course of this appeal, I will be presenting new information to light that will surely change the outcome of my ban status. To reiterate my points from my previous appeal, I was caught up with the wrong people and wrong time, I was sort of manipulated into cheating by people who I had considered friends at the time. I made a conscious choice to play with a notorious friend group called P2W at the time, which led me to cheat, and then continue to inflate mine and their egos. While I am still friends with some of the members, I consider myself more distant now, and hope that I can distance myself from this era in the community. Basis of current appeal My first appeal was not surface value. Behind the scenes, I had struck a deal with the managers at the time, Ozzy & Jake to spectate and catch other cheaters on the server, to work towards my own unban. The conditions at the time were to catch high profile cheaters, the higher profile cheaters that I catch, the quicker I can get unbanned. After weeks of spectating, I had caught multiple cheaters, including a very high profile staff member and faction leader. The ban of that player would have unbanned me immediately. Unfortunately and perhaps unluckily for me, I had various IRL factors that could not allow me to continue playing the server at the time, management changes had also played a role in the pause on my unban. My unban was inevitable, but due to factors that could not be controlled, I was kept banned. Further elaborating on my first point, what I am now is largely different from what I was back then. I humbly ask for forgiveness in what I’ve done to the server, the community and staff. I hope that my appeal will be taken into consideration, and that we can look past all the actions that were committed multiple years ago, the stuff that happened before 95% of the current player base had even played on the server. If allowed by the current executive team, I will gladly take a deal similar to one that Blooms had taken, where I would only participate in peacetime and RP scenarios. I will also like to create RP scenarios to further prove that I can help the server, and that I am not a liability towards the server and the community. My absence in wars would help prove the fact that I’m extremely low risk to cheat again, and that it would prove my willingness to help improve the community. (include any proof): Originally, I began cheating back on Chaharikar in order to pass Vega tryouts. Although quite stupid of me to cheat to begin with, I then took it a step further and continued doing it throughout my time in Vega tryouts and after because it was what everyone encouraged me too, I was a “sheep”, and I blindly listened to the egotistical and shitty friends I had on the server at the time. I cheated for around a weeks time before stopping. Why should your ban be removed?: While I do understand that appeals are not for apologies, at this point, it would appear as if most appeals have become a popularity contest. Being that I previously cheated, I am willing to take a punishment similar to Blooms who was unbanned by Jake (same person that banned me), where I would be unable to play war and would be restricted to peacetime roleplay to prove myself. I sincerely apologize to those who were negatively affected and had to deal with the period in which I cheated, and I genuinely would undo it if I could. After playing other roleplay servers and hearing about the resurgence of legitimate roleplay within the GG community, I have become interested in coming back and eventually prove myself to become a trustworthy and helpful figure within the community, but obviously that requires the privilege of me being able to play again to begin with. I am not looking to return for the combat nor cheat again. All I simply want to do is enjoy my time with others on the server, help out in any way I can and just have fun. However cringe it may sound, this server has been a big part of me growing up, and I would like to pay back some thanks, in whatever way that I possibly can. Aside from this, after my previous appeal in the summer, I had taken a deal with the then two executives (Ozzy & Jake) to allow me to spectate a number who were potentially cheating in order to get unbanned. Like josh says, the previous ban appeal does paint him in a poor light, but it could also serve as a benchmark for how much he has matured in a way. I don't know you, I've never talked to you, but just comparing your previous posts to what you're saying now, it genuinely does sound like you matured and just want to get back on the game. And, imo, the vet mass ban isn't that heavy of an offense, compared to toxicity or cheating (like me lol), I definitely think you should get another chance. +1 GL, and just try not to be a douche if u do get to come back lmao

You raise a really good point. However, I cheated since others were cheating, I was in a bad friend group that pressured me in to it, and I didn't think too much of it.

Thanks for getting straight to the point! For starters, I have my experience. I've played for years, but, the majority of that time was spent in officer positions, doing all I could to help out my faction. I've heard from others that I've spoken to in the community that MRP isn't totally in the best state right now, so I want to help out in any way that I can. I don't know any specifics of what can be improved on the server as of right now, since, I haven't played for a year, but with more time on the server I can help out with any faction matters. The most I can actually do until I can tackle the problems I'm hearing from others is just to bring positivity to the server. Again, thanks for the quick response.
