+ Lots of hours + Good well made application + Somewhat well known + Previously staff on the server + Different timezone, we need staff that are in different time zones this means you'll be on later I don't got anything to put for a -, I'm going to give you a +1 so good luck

+ Older player + Fairly mature individual + Good Time + Good Experience + Lots of effort in the application and good paragraphs - Probably no one on Taliban side knows you I personally know you and I'm going to give you a +1 as you're a great guy and I feel you'll add a lot to the staff team, but I think you need to start talking with some Tali because you might get a few -1's based purely off the fact that no one actually knows you. Get known, if you don't get accepted, make sure you try to interact with Tali more.

- Multiple warns - Couldn't do the time part correctly, claims to have an exact amount of hours but can't access the other account? - Was gamemast, don't remember much from you though - Very lack luster paragraph - Banned twice for mass. - Incredibly immature player - Proven to be unreliable in positions, retired to goto SWRP and then went "haha sike" because he didn't like it, also came to GB, nearly left, stayed, left, came back, and left the same day. I can't really find much to give you a + on Honest, I'm gonna have to give you a -1

+ Experience + Lots of time + Good guy + lots of effort = Your events are the generic "Oh someone attacked us, we gotta fight these people and take said base back" which becomes repetitive and people have already lost interest in these I'm going to give you a +1 but please find some better ideas for events

+ Decent Time + Good person + Very active, on a good amount ++ Lots of effort with a literal essay for your paragraph = Not much time to dedicate to the role - Previously denied application due to maturity issues - Gave yourself little to no time between applications to do much about your maturity level I'm going to give you a +1 but you need to work on maturity, it probably wasn't the best decision to apply immediately as you were capable, but that's my opinion. If you do get staff, I hope to work with you and see you grow into a more mature individual.

Becoming a Mature Person: This I need to see more, most of the stuff I've actually seen are recent and during your time as a BMI. I would love to have you as staff but your maturity is a large issue. Racism issue, etc whatever lol: It wasn't the point that you called it racist it's your response to it, everything has to be a meme and nothing is serious to you and I need to see you capable of following rules, showing persona growth, and being serious when the time is needed. If you can do this I would love to have you on the staff team Name Thing: Yes I understand it was a joke lol, and it was funny but when told to change your name by me as a staff member, you neglected what I had to say and sarcastically changed the lettering. This is the issue I had, the disregard for the authority of staff. How am I meant to trust someone who will have T.Admin perms if they can't even listen to a Mod?

I'm going to start this off by saying that Tanhk, you're a cool kid and you're funny but I can't do this.. + Good Playtime + Lots of effort in his app + Good ideas I'd give you a +1, but the following -'s are what make it impossible. - Very immature individual, you repeatedly will say things such as "penis" or "fart" in OOC and elsewhere in the server --- Lots of warns, along with this you show a very clear disregard for the rules. I saw you with the name "fedy fabear" and when I told you to change your name since it's against the rules, you simply changed the spelling. You act like everything is a joke and the rules are there for you to bend around your finger just for a laugh. - I was in TS with BenZ who didn't want to give you his referral which you responded to very maturely by calling it racism? Overall Tanhk, you're a great kid and you're amazing to be around but you're also just lightyears too immature to be on the staff team right now, I suggest toning your immaturity within the public view of the server aka OOC, down a bit as well as following rules a bit more. If you get accepted, please take this into consideration, however, if you are denied please give yourself time to change your level of maturity in situations on the server. I feel like you're really creative and can do good, but you're applying for staff Tanhk, and at this time I can't trust you to act how staff need to act. -1

Most people just want to help what's seen in front of the curtains, not behind. - Your warn, so let me explain this. You didn't get warned for the tali DB kill and honestly I think it'd be impossible to kill someone in DB from a shot outside Soccer field, you'd have to go through the massive wall, Spawn wall, and then DB wall. The reason you got warned was because you killed someone in soccer field this rule was put in place quite a bit back where soccer field is considered base camp, this is your own fault and your own negligence for the rules. I really don't like this. I'm going to give you a +1 however I suggest taking responsibility for your warn and knowing the rules next time.

+ Good experience + Very helpful around the server + Lots of time to contribute + Never had an issue with you - Failed to get the /playtime, it takes 2 seconds and you clearly didn't actually read the template. - Your paragraph took nearly 0 effort stating the exact same thing over and over, the only thing you had originality to was nice and showed you helped the server but doesn't do much for staff. - Previously denied application this month, I personally do not like it when people apply within the same month or two because it gives nearly no time to actually improve from the denial or time to actually be a better person. - App all together seems like it took no effort, you poorly formatted, couldn't make it easier on the eyes to read or even show what is and isn't part of the template or an answer. You couldn't just type /playtime and copy it here, you took no effort to think of anything original in your paragraph that makes you stand out other than like 2 sentences. - I don't think you've made yourself known in the community quite yet Sorry Nitro, but I'm personally gonna give you a -1 I get the feeling your app was very lazily put together and I don't want a staff member that has apparently over 10 hours a day to dedicate to a staff position but doesn't even want to dedicate at least 30 minutes to making a nice application

+ Loved the paragraph, wasn't copy paste and had originality and I also like the reasoning. + You were a great officer in my USASF, I loved having you and was sad to see you leave + Left GB to be an Officer in 11B and help them + Decent playtime + Great person and fun to talk to/work with = Not much experience, only experience was being a Discord mod so idk if you'll be grabbing any kittens in the server or not.. lmao = You put FailRp in quotation marks when explaining it, the rest showed that you took responsibility for your warn but the quotation marks kinda rub me the wrong way in the sense that it feels as if you're blowing off the warn regardless of it being false or not and possibly NOT taking responsibility for it. If this is the case, please change this form of attitude. I can't find any -'s the only issues I had are shown as Neutrals since they couldn't be entirely counted as a - Overall I'm going to give you a +1 Good luck Shiny!

+1 Anthony came to me for critiques on it and everything was good, with a few issues regarding an event possibly becoming boring everything else is good. Great staff before and I think he can do good for the GM team.

Whu you're a great guy, and I'd give you a +1, but from what i've heard and seen from you I have to give you the biggest -1 I possibly can. Literally went AWOL as GB LTC, people said this is normal and that he'll be back I just cannot trust having a staff member who literally vanished quicker than my father when I was born, people telling me that it's normal for you to just leave everything and dip makes me uncomfortable with giving you a +1. I do not feel okay with the possibility of you just disappearing

+1 As a player who joined mid-late 2019 and I loved the gun system then, it required actual skill rather than going "Oh cool, MSBS, no recoil, high damage, easy gun easy life"

+1 I think right now the fact that people have a choice, everyone goes to US because it's a typical choice but it's also killing the server. Tali has nearly no movement because of the lack of members.

+1 Amazing application; great answers, good experience on this server, good time, great and helpful player, doesn't cause issues, fun to talk to and be around, all around great person. The best part is the paragraphs, actually put time into them and wrote a literal essay while keeping it custom and not copy pasted. This shouldn't be a hard decision

Mao, you're a good friend and I loved having you in Gb and watching you perform. You're a great Warrant Officer, however, there are a few things I dislike with your application, I'm going to list the good and bad about you real quick. Pros + Great Warrant Officer + Pretty good past experience + Good community feedback Cons - - - Blamed your warn on someone else, this is a BIG issue with me because it gives off the feeling you may be negligent and irresponsible to the staff team and any mistakes you make, if you mess up you might just blame it on someone else. What you explained was meta-game and it should've been your responsibility to realize that it was meta-game and doing so was FailRp. - - Your paragraph is worrying, my issue with your paragraph is there is no intent to actually protect the player base and their enjoyment of the server which is the primary job of staff. Your only reasons of wanting to be staff is to essentially just gain the power to noclip and teleport people which is NOT the job of a staff member, I recommend applying for GM if that is your sole intent. - In your paragraph you kinda just repeated yourself and said un-necessary things to make it look like you put more effort into your application. Sorry Mao, but I'm going to have to give you a -1 I suggest learning to take responsibility for your actions, regardless of what happened it is still YOUR action and it cannot be entirely influenced by someone. It is your responsibility to determine what is and isn't a reasonable thing as well as something that you should or shouldn't be doing. I also recommend you attempting to apply for GM after your app cooldown is up if you do not have any intent to actually protect the playerbase, if you do then please express that in your next application instead of only stating you want to help with sims and tryouts.

Alright, that sounds good thank you for responding fairly quickly and I can't wait for the map revision. Flying right now is possible but the skybox is too low for us to perform anything and I want to be able to do stuff with AFSOC that would otherwise require a higher skybox.

Chaser, you're a great guy but your application lacks a lot, I'm going to list the problems. Pros + Your playtime + Lots of time to dedicate to the team Cons - Your paragraph is very copy and paste, re-saying what others have already said before. - The only part of your paragraph that is custom and from your own words is essentially saying that you don't want to be a Trial Mod, you just want to be a GM and since you failed to be a GM you'll take the Trial mod route to leave and go to GM when possible, we're looking for dedication to stay and grow on staff, not leave to GM. I personally dislike this. - Previously denied on an application due to poor community view and acting immature/aggressive towards the responses on your app, gave yourself very little time between that application and this one to show personal growth let alone make personal growth. - Killed someone as an Officer for taking the power core, this could've easily been handled in many ways such as; Jailing him, reporting him for FailRp, taking the power core from him, even taking his whitelists would've been a better option than to break a rule. Someone who chose that breaking a rule was a first way to handle a situation needs to re-form their thinking process before becoming staff. Sorry Chaser, I love you man but I'm gonna have to go with a -1

I actually enjoy this idea and I could get it implemented possibly with NDB and Larry so that usage of Attack Helis is only allowed when there is an AAF member on. Obviously this could be bypassed by simply hopping off so the rule would probably be as long as there is a user in the faction on the server and actively playing it is fine
