Alright. I have already had an idea like this in the past. So this is denied.

Denied Due to recent events within army, I don't think good decisions will be made with the permissions you are given with Gamemaster. If you plan on staying within the community definitely apply in the future with different events as we do want more gamemasters in the future. But as I mentioned please work out your current issues before re-applying.

This can be an issue resolved by staff, if there are too many vehicles spawned in it can definitely lag the server.

I mean yeah sometimes you can post suggestions that can have additional things that come from it, but normally you want as much information given to garnet as possible for 1. It makes garnets life easier 2. It just makes more sense for others to give a +1 or -1 for those suggestions. If there isn't something they know is going to come from it they will just see that it's a waste of time. Otherwise this can be a great suggestion with more steps taken. Definitely worth to come back to the suggestion in the future with more steps taken as I mentioned in my last comment.

The clip showed that you had some type of additional help with killing the player and I do think some people deserve to be unbanned if they cheated but for those that have been unbanned provided something to the server than just being another person on the server. With the 30-Day Rule that you can't appeal after that is also applied here. This appeal is denied.

I completely understand where you are coming from, but at the same time coming from a developer standpoint, the skins currently seem to be working/doing fine. Yes, I bet it would be wonderful to see those new faces. But what garnet was pushing for was for you to go around and ask people what new skins that they would like and be reasonable on what skins to put in. It's like me saying that "something should be added" But what exactly? So for him to add something, he needs the so called skins that y'all want to add. It's not often that he should go out of his way to add skins that y'all didn't ask for as they can flop if y'all don't like it. If you gave him skins he could easily add them as options and at that point there is a possibility that he could add some extras as he gets an idea of what the people were looking for but its not guaranteed that he does give you the extra skins that you didn't ask for, as the reason I mentioned earlier. Just makes his life easier and less of a headache when going to add something in.

This idea makes sense to a certain extent, but think of it this way. If you just give them the power core there can be nothing for them to do. So not having the power core can having people wanting to get it which causes people to be active and brings up the total pop cause the AFG and US are fighting over it with the use of the ROE during these low pop times. Just mainly the reason to do something when nothing is happening which results in this suggestion to be Denied.

Even with no experience with SWRP this was said very very well in this sense and I can say thats true for myself after working with garnet for almost a year now Thank you @ChrisRid for this input. But anyways, if you don't feel comfortable talking to Remake or mark about pressing matters or issues, feel free to reach out to proggy or even myself as I like to involve myself with those issues, there is a lot of people within this community that want to see garnet thrive even more than it already has.

This is exactly how drama starts, he said or she said. That's not exactly how you fix anything. When you talk to mark or remake they can discuss it and make the server better but saying “well, smity said SWRP sucks” does not help at all. Figure out the issue and try to help the executives with that. Otherwise, it will be that diagram all over again. Do your part and help the server.

Then the title of HR really doesn't make sense then. The point of HR is to deal with staff/player related issues. If you have no HR within the staff team, that would leave it up just to executives to make the decision. I do understand that there might be differences from MRP and SWRP staff divisions, but it’s not all sunshine and lollipops. Instead of directly going at the throat of a server that wasn’t doing that wonderful, get as many people as possible to show up to those leadership meetings or get in-touch with remake or mark as he is always in TS. Suggest those Ideas and use the crap ton of resources you already have the server. If you don’t feel comfortable saying it in person, feel free to post in the suggestions tab as you have already. But don’t ever say garnet doesn’t care about a server that he updates the most.

Even though I told Blink or (Deathwish) not to put me as a referral, I did indeed tell him to apply and I would put my comment there. (note: this is not a drawback to his application as I did always ask him to apply.) +1 He is a consistent member at this point and just got 2LT in Rangers due to the activity and the amount of activities hosted. He's definitely someone that would benefit the staff team as I mentioned what he has done to benefit the server.

Hello @Sustenance, @Ozzyand I will deal with this appeal as me and you have been talking the past few days. I will lock this post until we make a decision.

It can be on other servers besides GG. So feel free to update it with that. You can look at other applications and they mention they have been staff on others and don't be scared to name them on the application.

If I may ask, what were your past experiences as staff were?
