I want to show people why I can benefit because of my genuine, agreeable, and appealing attributes. I want people to think of me as a reliable person whenever I am needed if it replies to questions, problems or anything else. I am always there to help no matter what. I am able to use my leadership and finest skills to help enhance this server to its endless traits. With me already putting lots of hours on the server, I am able to use those hours for staff related work. (100 words minimum) Since I joined the server I showed my self as a "toxic person". I really wanted to change that image of me. Joining Delta force helped me improve that and make me look as a more responsible and mature person. From making Delta Force I have made a lot more friends on us AND on the RU side. When I run sims or Trigger Discipline I do encounter with people who are minges, don't know whats going on and etc. I always speak to them in a kind and respectful tone explain them what they should be doing correct. With me putting dedication into delta force and putting hours into. I can put EVEN more hours and hard work with staff. With me being a fast learner I can catch on with all the commands and rules this server has with my activeness. I really want to make things fair with people telling them what is right and what is wrong. This community has done so much for me that I would like to show them what the community has done with nothing than my hardwork and positivity. I really want people to think of me as a accountable person. If something happens to them I believe I can help solve the situations ASAP with telling the people what is wrong and what is right during the sit(s). I also really love co operating with other US Factions asking them If they would like to participate in raids, sims, kidnap missions or etc. I want to show the new recruits and old/returning players why this server is why they need to join and play.

I respond with clear and precise answers to all clients. I'm online almost everyday of the week. I have a big level of maturity I take things very seriously on this server. For example, talking with other members I want to hear what they have to say and what their opinions are I always listen show how I care about their situation. I will never present myself as a negative person as someone who would tell them what they did wrong and give their punishment with no sign of caring. I will show how my staff skills will strive on this server and improve the community to be even better than how it is right now. People want to rely on someone to help them out and I believe that is where i strive the most. I always show them how much I care about what they want from me. With people not so sure about the rules of the server I am always happy to help them no matter what and tell them what the correct rule is and show with deep kindness and respect of what to do in the future if something again occurs like it. I have made some kind of relationship with this server because everyone is nice there is no toxicity. When someone is in a position of rdming or precap I always approach them kindly and tell them what they cant do and what the punishments will be. Hello, My name is Dash and I apart of the US army. I am a 18X SFC Dash looking to meet all of you guys and get to know you guys better. Ive been playing this server for a month so far and I got really hooked onto to because of the community and how it's properly runned. I play usually around 2:15-11:30 pm. I really do enjoy this server and hope to see all of you guys and get to know you all better!

(100 words minimum) I can benefit the server alot because i have past experiences and I feel like I can do more and have lots of time to play. Playtime for me is a lot. I have been playing at least 6-9 hours a day for the past month and a half. I am able to do requests and the work. Show exceptional and beneficial results. I will fit in beautifully and be a great addition. If I make it onto staff. I will focus on what other staffs ask me. I will Pay attention to rdm's or ppl who are not following rules (vigilante, rdm, failrp, and etc). I stay on teamspeak a lot and if people can not get a hold of me they could reach out to me with steam or team speak.
