+1. He loves talking about ideas on how to make RP more fun. These people talking about how generic he would be is funny because they don't ever do any fun stuff anymore ;(. Jokes aside he's creative whether you wanna see it or not. He's made mistakes in the past, but everyone does.(I've seen a couple of you...) I'd give him a chance at least. Worst things he can do can be reversed without issues, but he seems to want to stay in MRP so I don't think he would do anything to throw it down thr drain. He clearly wants to help the community, and doesn't have any malicious intent.

-1 I would like for people to actually use the ROE more then it is(I rarely see stuff like when we did the events to test the ROE) I don't see such a huge problem, even when I'm on US, I find it interesting to see if someone is going to try something, and if so I hopefully have my teammates to back me up*which should be a standard thing* Typically if a US sees a innocent "civilian" they are already going to be on the fence because they don't know their motive. With this new change it will kinda kill that RP. Also it's just not big enough of a issue to argue a change. I don't hear much of anyone complaining about it in OOC or in discord.

York has been the greatest asset to the Taliban forces, he gives out respect to everyone, no matter the rank or hours, he is constantly on helping with anything he can, or he'll make sure his lower officers are doing his job, there clearly is a reason why he's BJEN, without york, I'm very certain Taliban wouldn't be what it is now. He only plays to help everyone, so imagine the work he can put in as a staff member. He's never started any drama with anyone, and he's incredibly mature and understands what to do, as well as making sure he thinks about his decisions very well before taking action. The amount of time he's put in within a short time frame is godly, he clearly only wants to be staff to HELP the community. This is why I +1 him. Thank you York for the effort you've put in, and the continuous amount of time you give to the community!

+1 I agree with the new ROE Idea! It adds so much more RP and activity for everyone during peacetime, makes it realistic too considering US entered AFG territory. As someone who was in the testing trial of it, it went pretty well, we had some RP, not many complained except for the idea to not have snipers during peacetime.
