-1 You have been sooo blatant. I have some possible evidence here that matches the almost 100% headshot rate seen in the other clips. No man hits perfect headshots on all targets that spots him with the M16.

As Prince said, the current you spawn on RU side isn’t really an issue, US still gets a steady stream of recruits regardless of this. I think changing it to Civ Undecided would be a better idea than having someone spawn on either side. But I do agree that having Marines as an entry faction hinders their potential, as a filtered large faction could actually be extremely effective. +1 to first suggestion, mixed on the second.

Easiest +1 I have ever given. I've known Dan for a while know, I was under his leadership of PDSS and I still talk to him often. I know for a fact that this man is perfect for staff. He has become a very mature and responsible person since he charged back without a doubt, he exhibits all the qualities that staff need to qualify for the position and I would love to see him on the staff team.

-1. Not only are you admitting to being toxic, but also use the “but they do it too” argument in your defense. This is the exact opposite of what the staff team looks for in new applicants. But also I have never seen any Vega or PDSS tbag anyone in the past several months. So I don’t know where you are getting that from. Besides, I haven’t seen you on in a while.

-1 to first one. The current system is fine how it is. I don’t understand why restricting raids would be beneficial to US. I really couldn’t care less about feeds because my faction does RP-based raids more than muh feed raids. Regardless of that, you can send people out to raid watch to avoid any interruptions. It may be annoying but if you want US to improve, you need to give yourselves the room to talk about improvement. Fair point. But there are other ways to communicate without getting everyone in one space. Sims and Separate are good ways to explain what went wrong in a more memorable way. Im not gonna take a side on a the second one, but I think DBs should be raidable, if someone got in then it’s the fault of US or RU.

In the 2nd Clip, you are in a fairly open area, and you don't really get an idea of where he is. It is also almost impossible to kill you by wallbanging through the tree, you would have been left with some health if he shot you through the tree. If you had more evidence like these, this could paint a picture of an actual aimhack, but right now there isn't enough sufficient evidence to confirm that he is cheating.

-1. I don't really see why we need to revert third person back to how it was in 2018. The current way 3rd person is used is fine for solely peeking, and giving a person the ability to kill someone with this observation tool is a bad idea.

Doggo was always someone I enjoyed playing with when I was in Frogmen. While he didn't make himself too known to the entire community, he was still active. I can say that from my experience with him, he is perfectly qualified for staff. +1

SKS is hot garbage, and I agree, but you need to be more specific. Suggest a specific weapon to replace the SKS within the CW 2.0 addons.

I was originally going to +1 this but with the complaints I have seen i'm going to have to -1. You need to be on your absolute best behavior at all times during the application process, as people are watching your every move.

+1 BatHulk is one of my favorite people from GRU. He’s been very nice, responsible, understanding, and mature for as long as I’ve known him.

I don’t understand why Cachet was given the Ares to begin with if it was to be replaced with and piss off a good number of the player base. Nerfing the ares to be the exact same as the PKM is fine enough. +1

Also while Teamspeak is a little outdated an overwhelming majority of the MRP community uses it on a daily basis to communicate with others on the server, almost every tryout is being operated through TS. 2GA, Army and Marines all have a general channels and password protected Officer channels on the server that are fairly active. -1 Teamspeak fulfills the roles that the proposed servers would take.

+1. Very well constructed suggestion, isn't too much work on Garnet's end and everything seems to be balanced.

+1 giving US a prestige equivalent would balance out the server more. US doesn’t need 2 300 HP donor classes

While you meet the minimum time requirement, you still aren't very well known on the server. While you seem cool, I'm not gonna -1 or +1 because you need to build your reputation before I make a decision.

-1 continuing to get warns for RPG self damage shows that you are aware that you are breaking rules and just ignore them. On top of that, Silo and Koulit also pointed out how you conduct yourself on the forums. I'm sorry but unless you change your behavior in game and on the forums I doubt you'll get staff.

-1 It just seems like an inconvenience to people to have this extra step in RP. This isn’t Elder Scrolls or Fallout, we don’t need speech checks. You realize people could lie about their rolls, but the potential solution of putting it in chat for everyone to see is gonna be annoying to people not involved in that scenario.

I’m hearing good things about you, but I’ve never seen you socialize with the rest of RU at all, never mind US. I had legit never heard of you until I noticed you hosted RFR tryouts once. Getting to know and networking with others is crucial to getting staff. I highly recommend you spend the next month making yourself known on the server and making connections. -1, I have a feeling you’d make a decent staff but you don’t have enough relevance needed for people to support your application.
