+1 Definitely a suitable player for staff. Only concern like people stated, your US side and interacting with them. That's it though. Same reasons I gave for Tage.

+1 kinda The reserves system, to me at least, is supposed to be something for players to come back to the server with. Not something that an active player should have. The current state, as you state, allows for players, including me, to just sit on reserves while still actively playing. Even being on reserves I still have all the capabilities of a normal officer. This might spark some controversy with active players, but aren't reserves supposed to be for reserve players? Not active ones. But in contrast, the reserves system shouldn't be removed entirely. It should be removed for active players. Meaning that if a player leaves a faction to go to another one, they should not be granted reserves. Also, players who currently have reserves that haven't been active on the server should be able to keep them (active meaning that they play more than a couple of wars a week).

+1 Medics in SOC factions are useless unless u donate to the server. Be able to use a medic while having a mediocre gun would be fine.

I know your past actions haven't been so good. But as of recent you have been doing good and showing improvement and care for the server. +1 from me

This is also a HUGE problem on the US side. I went over there for about a month and every time I tried to give an actual warlead or give callouts at all I was immediately told to either shut up or keep comms clear. Hence my decision to go back to the AFG side, where comms are wanted and welcome. Not something that can lead to a demotion. To add to my comment, leadership needs to change on the US side or people are gonna quit. Taliban has done a fantastic job recruiting and keeping base faction on. Doing this by encouraging new gameplay, tryouts, sims and overall engaging with these new recruits actively trying to keep them on the server. I cant say the same for US.

Another good idea like Towelie said, is to get better. Teach people how to counter act snipers instead of crying and quitting. Leaving only base faction on to fend for themselves. “T1 and T2” players should have the skill and brain power to take out a couple of basecampers. If “high” tier players cannot kill a couple of base campers, it is a skill issue at that point. Basecamp rules have been put on this map before. The problem was still there. This “issue” comes down to the player base agreeing or players learning to snipe and counteract other snipers. By using cars, transport etc. There’s truly nothing more that executives can do in addition to, cars transport, spawn protection and anti basecamp rules. Not targeting any specific players. Just thoughts on my experience on this map and sever throughout the years.

Very good app but I recommend getting to know some people on the US side of the server. Try to be active in OOC, swap sides, join US ts channels and overall interact with US more. Other than that +1
