-1 I only seen you do DS and thats basically it, from what I read you don't seem to be committed as a staff longest you were staff on a server is 4 months, also your paragraph only really mention why you like staffing and your past experience as staff, and a couple of new player who was reported for base camping said you were their DS and never told them anything about the arch rule (if this is wrong disregard). But for now it's gonna be a -1 for me

Like Party said I would recommend you to get back into the community more first then apply, I haven't seen you on at all the past months at least to my knowledge, and it seem you want to be an active staff but you have deployment and family it doesn't seem like you have the time to fulfill that role, if you want to contribute to the community I suggest just playing server. From my time in Green beret I have had many interactions with you and it was always pleasant, you are a pretty mature and smart guy, I believe you would be a great addition to the Game master team dedicating your time on the server making people happy +1. Need to improve on activity but I know you have a full time job, Having another GM wouldn't hurt.

I'll have to agree with most of these comments the clip look 100% sus but it could just be GMOD and like Fier said connection and client side delay, I do want to mention something I found odd in the video is that the around 10 seconds in you can see Dragonite looking at the stair then the moment Gator started shooting at him he did a 90 degree turn and headshot Gator idk if thats just luck but I don't know anyone who can hit those shot without spraying for at least a couple seconds. I just want to mention this because I haven't seen anyone on here mention this fact, But I definitely agree that we need more clips to make a more concrete decision.

Like Aidan said Naas is a mature and great person he had made staff before and was promoted to WO1 from SSG I think he'll make a good addition to the staff team.
