Jake 933 Posted October 24, 2020 Share Posted October 24, 2020 This is totally off-topic from the other recent posts but why the fuck do zercher squats exist, what genius decided that instead of back squats you should have all your squat weight concentrated in a small bar on the crease of your elbow? It's just pain. Fuck zerchers, but at the same time they are pretty cool and a massive flex. One of the sets I did like 30 minutes ago, wasn't much fun as you can see. Link to comment

You may not realize it, but you're working 10x as hard to stay upright and stabilized, AKA, more abs, glutes, and traps activation. Link to comment
