I think that while Theta has been a bit of a minge in the past, i believe that he can definitely change himself in a sit/staff situation where maturity is needed. In the more recent encounters i've had with him he seems to be a nice player and would be an overall great staff member. I also think that Theta having a past with rulebreaking will help him catch more people who know how the game works and can be more malicious then people who are just dumb. Good luck dude, hope u get accepted
