I have also been hacked before and Gaben had my account back within 12ish hours. Make sure you give them ample proof. A sure-fire way is giving them the card info that you use on your account, I also sent them a ss of my email showing all the hacker bullshit

Edit: @OpTic Gunner since you don't seem to understand let me explain (and to avoid others from being confused) Having his account hacked, we had to demote him temporarily in case they knew he had garnet perms. Due to the fact steam is technically connected to garnetgamings forum, id say its still necessary to check his voice, or ask him on discord if his account is no longer vulnerable as a formality to make sure it really is him. Chances are, his account is no longer hacked, but its good to confirm anyways.
