    Why should we choose you over other applicants?:

Gmod is a fun way to be someone else and have a role you would like to play as. Not only have I been staff once before, but I have also seen the community and the server grow. I loved being able to help the new or just taking sits to solve unfair or difficult problems. By being staff you not only get to play a role in the server community but you also get to take part in being on the staff team and working to solve problems with these new from what I have seen coming on the server from when I left, amazing members. I have mad some mistakes and learned from them and others. I am more than willing to put 110% of my effort into making this server safe and fair to anyone weather it's former staff, current staff, new comers or long term members who have been playing this server everyday. This server is more than a Dark RP server, but a place where I met some of my good friends to this day and to memories of playing late until we cant no more. Garnet is my home and I would be More than grateful to be apart of this outstanding staff community. 

Garnet Gaming has been home to many people over the years. There was a time were I thought I would never be able to experience something like this taking on new roles meeting new people and also contributing to this server. Me being part of such a big array of people to be on the staff team, and to say never the less that this server has helped me so much. Not only have I made friends but this has taught me new social skills and most importantly to stay committed in the start because the minute I became staff the first time and the took a break and left all my progress behind, I knew that this was the right role for me. Being able to interact with people all over the world and the fact that a roleplay Dark RP server can bring so many people from different backgrounds to forget about reality and play a game to where you can have you life as you want it still blows my mind to this day, Every time I log on I love to hear people laughing, people talking about what kind of base they are going to build, and people making money off some silly games is just so cool to see. As I said above being taken in by such amazing staff members and learning how they take sits or how they handle sits is really something to look up to.

Hey Benjie! You have a lot of Hours on the server and you application is very long. However, on the part where it asks for why you should be picked over other applicants I feel as if though you went more into detail about how great of a server garnet is. I personally would like to hear more about what you have to provide before giving my final verdict.

You mention you have previous staffing experience, could you shed more light on that? I'd love to know more about how that went.

I'd also love to hear some veterans talk about your past behavior, but by the fact you haven't been banned before and don't have any warns currently, I am not too worried.

Thank you man, ya most of the raD members have gotten off and I don't know what really happened. I have had a good time on being staff when I was, yes I made some mistakes but I learned and hope tp progress better than before. Also I thank you for your feed back and hope to see you on the server to introduce myself properly.

Id say take some time to adjust to newer players and staff members and put yourself out there before applying for staff.

Had a slight issue with you chain adverting but once I brought it to your attention you were very respectful and changed it immediately. That level of maturely is what is needed to become a staff member, all the other interactions we've shared were pleasant.

I'm gonna go ahead and +1 this. The few interactions I've had with him have been good, and someone who has good reviews as a former staff member make me have a lot of faith in someone. Try to play a little more and talk to some of the new active players as a lot of them aren't even aware what raD is anymore. The servers changed a lot and you'll have to make a new name for yourself but I think you'll do fine.
