When I first joined this server I really got stuck into it probably playing 10hours straight that day, all the people I bumped into was friendly and we had lots of fun with all the plugins especially the gambling side of it. Witch made me want to come black and play some more, witch I have been playing this server for probably around 2 weeks now so iv got know mostly all the players witch are online as frequent as me. But a couple nights ago I had a couple problems myself like people mass RDMing. So I went to report and there was no staff online and this has happened a couple days now that there has been no staff online to help, so I thought I would have a look at the forums to see if there was anything I could do to resolve these problems myself then I scrolled across the staff applications. So I thought why not take it upon myself to apply to become a moderator so I could resolve these problems myself so I could be online the times these other members of staff are not on and i could keep everyone happy and keep them wanting to play more and keep coming back.

I would also like to become a good role model to all the players on the server to try and decrease all the bad behavior, to keep everyone happy while also being a fun stuff member witch can have some Banta with people on the server. I would also in my free time go around chatting and having fun in my free time when off duty witch would hopefully keep people on the server and wanting to come back. so I would like to say I could be a brilliant staff model and could keep everyone happy while sorting out all the problems.

All right, I've got some points that bother me in this application. First off, please use a grammar check website or app (Grammarly is free and works quite well) to correct the mistakes in your app. Then, you say you know everyone online at the same time as you but I think I saw you once or so and never really had any interaction with you. Following, I feel like your paragraphs were made in 5 minutes. All you talk about is having fun with players and taking care of sits while no one is on (I feel like there's always a staff or two even during the "dead" times). Anyways, please try to work on your app by showing us your skills with some examples and telling us more about yourself. I'm not trying to be mean or sound like the Grinch, this is feedback so you can work on your application and make it the best you can!  For now, I'm gonna have to say -1. Good Luck!

Hey Mini1legend,

Definitely should run through your application again to correct the grammar mistakes ("which" not "witch" and "I've" not "iv" to get you started). Additionally, your first paragraph doesn't fit the prompt "Why should we choose you over other applicants" very well. I would definitely add another paragraph that fits the prompt better. I believe I've ran into you a couple of times and I don't remember any bad experiences between us. But, for right now I'm going to leave my feedback at a -1 until you make some necessary changes to your application.

This application seems somewhat rushed, so I will keep it at a Neutral.

But say if you hop on Teamspeak or ingame and help me get to know you, I'll probably change my decision. From what I can see right now on this app, is that it seems rushed and not that much effort put into it. Expand more on your paragraphs and try to give more reasons why you should join our staff team.
