and I didn't read the rules but i've matured by now even thoe it wasn't so long
ago I just realized how annoying I used to be and now you can see i've matured.

 I was on one server called[VGC] gaming
before it shut down and I was told I did pretty good and was chill
with the players,
and I was once Super Admin on my friends server but,
I guess it doesn't really count because it  was my friends server.

    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] Because, Where I've
had more experience than normal
players because I've been staffing/moderating for a while I've had several
steam accounts.

My other I gave to my brother you can search up Jinglenuts17 on steam and look
at the hours played,
But I could help out a lot and I can see you currently have a
small staff team
and you could use more people to join the team
that have experience with what they are doing!

I can get along well with players and try to bring players to the
server and I work well with " Squeakers "
Like real squeakers
the ones that make you want to break your headset.

someone lies to me and makes me take action -"

Because I like to keep the server clean! I can help out be
responsible take my role and know what
I'm doing I could do better than a Normal T. Mod and I can work
hard train myself to be a hard worker!

I love to help new people and show them how to play/ what to do
and hopefully we all can come together and repopulate the server back to
150 players, Because the more players
the more fun! And with
more fun/players we get more
donations!

got banned
on my friends server because I was trolling him and freaked him out, But I got unbanned.

    How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Probably like 3:00 pm MDT
to 10:00 pm MDT on week days and most likely it's gonna be random
on weekends because I like to stay on all night.

    If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of
Garry's Mod I do Cross Country, I ride my bike around the city, and I go to school
also

This comes off as very rude. It seems like you are saying that the staff team is full of inexperienced people.

 

Also, you don't need to be super fancy when telling us how many warns you have. It's as simple as a number and the reasons. I can really see the effort put into this application, but your application seems rude in some places, and I don't think that I've ever seen you before.

So what your saying is you can help new players AND get the server pop up to 128 players...

1) You straight up said the staff don't know what their doing and that's why I should be chosen.

2) You basically said I can handle little kids and then countered that with saying even though they make me wanna break my headset. LIKE WHAT????

Sheesh, I highly suggest waiting 2 weeks to get these off your record before reapplying if you get denied.

How do you plan to do this? This in my opinion, will not assist you in your application.

 

I didn't do a full diagnosis on the application because 1, I'm tired and 2, it's such a pain to read this. There's countless grammar errors and the format hurts me.

I think the part about the staff team was a bit misunderstood. I see no mention of him calling out incompetence among the staff team, I see it has him saying that he would be a good addition as he is experienced.

Even with all that said, I would still -1 due to the fact that you do not have exact hours, the format is terrible, and your application has more filler than Naruto.

Whilst, I would normally wait for you to reply to the criticism posted here it seems as if you don’t have an interest in addressing the opinions of others (atleast for this application) and your refusal to post the exact amount of time you’ve spent on the server doesn’t look too good for this apps However, you have a reference from a very experienced individual. I don’t believe he is trying to disrespect anyone at all the question is quite literally “Why would you be better than other applicants” and i think he answered the question just a little too directly. He doesn’t think other staff members are bad at their job he in his opinion thinks he could just do better than a “Normal T Mod”. And if that’s the case a big ego is the least of my worries for this staff application ( I doubt he was intentionally trying to belittle hard working staff members ). Considering these things I doubt Austinn was aware of the application or possibly playtime of this player and may have gave his reference in a hastily manor.

 

TL;DR - Didn’t post exact hours, Refuses to respond to adequate criticism, Reference is good but hasn’t responded and may be unaware of the application. -1
