Past Experience: Within GarnetGaming StarWarsRP, I was previously both Navy/CG and Jedi Lead, as well as SWRP Manager. On Non-GG SWRP related experience, I was an Officer in the Navy equivalent on AuroraServers for 6 months, and a Master/Council for 3-4 months, as well as leading a "Path" (around 10-20 Jedi) and Jedi Peacekeepers Sub-Path (20-25 Jedi); during that time I grew and understood the importance Jedi plays in CloneWarsRP and the positives and negatives of how the Jedi Order can be structured to make Jedi a formidable force, without taking from the Clones and RP again without depriving RP from others. I was also briefly "Republic Operations" on IceFuse Networks CWRP for around 3-4 weeks. As for Non-SWRP Related experience, I have led countless factions within the GG MRP server successfully with a total of "in-term leadership" of 3 years, give or take. As for Non-Gmod Related experience I have lead Law Enforcement Departments in countless FiveM Servers and Unit/Section/Squad Leads on Arma3 Milsim Units. In addition to all of this "In-Character" experience I have countless hours of Staffing and Gamemastering experience on Gmod both GarnetGaming and not; StarWarsRP and not; as well as other games such as MineCraft, FiveM, and Arma3.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? I have both relevant and non-relevant experience to this position both of which give me a unique ability to look at things subjectively and carry the viewpoints of Insiders and Outsiders from the Faction/Order. I have seen many factions come and go, mostly faltering due to a lack of balance of power. I strongly believe in the ability to delegate from the power of a Jedi from as low as a Padawan to as high as a Master. In short, I know how to structure Jedi, the previous Jedi took literally weeks to rank up even to Padawan II, Padawan III, or have a chance at a trial, on-to which because of that you couldn't truly help the regiments/battalions; which is a hallmark of Jedi.

Jedi can be hit or miss. If done correctly Jedi would be a good ADDITION, not a replacement to clones as it previously was. If I was accepted or selected to get the position I would impose an "ROE" of sorts to prevent Jedi from unnecessarily pushing ahead of Clones and thusly mass clearing out objectives; ruining the fun/event/roleplay. The ROE would be a simple concept, any Jedi may not be further than a Clone of their assigned regiment. This would what I believe allow Jedi to assist but again, not replace the usage of Clones. Any former GM on GG SWRP can note this was a MAJOR issue when it came to running events, and any Naval member can agree this posed massive issues when delegating tasks.

As for other possible changes, it's simple delegation and democracy, every major change would be voted on by Council, made of select gorup Masters to ensure a fair view point/perspective and to avoid unneeded/unnessaracy changes. I have a whole wealth of knowledge about Jedi and StarWarsRP in-general. I have no doubt in my ability to be fair and effective if given a chance, especially in an opportunity to be a "supportive" position such as Grandmaster and Jedi in-general. Specifically to SWRP, recently I have been told by a group of former SWRP players that my ability to create comprehensive, complex, enjoyable events and roleplay scenarios is nearly unmatched; which I feels ties extremely well into the position. 

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? Any bans have been successfully appealed, I have 2 inactive warns on MRP, 1 for using /roll and the other for doing 16 damage with an RPG to myself the day it was made the RPG-7.

How would you use the role you are applying for? As covered before I firmly believe Jedi is a balance of Support and Unique roleplay; it's finding this balance through roleplay leadership and teaching that allow this to be done effectively. One way to "teach roleplay" is to have "Force/Form Lessons" which not only provide a utility of teaching the players proper usage of the force powers/forms but also how to avoid abuse; these lessons would include aspects of roleplay throughout. Having the person enter stages of meditation, concentrating to the force to an area relevant, keeping emotions in-check, honing in on the calls of the midiclorians, and then extending the force around and object to lift it and then slowly let it down, then finally exiting the state of meditation; of course this is an example of 1 lesson, but they would be laid out in a document for people to teach newer Jedi. 

Specifically as Grandmaster, it would be an "advisory"/"supervisory" role; allowing a Council like body to approve changes with myself being a tie-breaker. This may not be do-able in the beginning but it would be the ultimate goal. As for Non-Jedi Interactions, I feel as if Yoda is the perfect character to play a part in pure-advisement and training, introducing and facilitating new players Jedi or otherwise, and lending a hand to any regiment that could be in need.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I have from 5:30 PM EST to 11:30 PM EST, now that work has settled down I have no doubt in my ability to contribute time to the role, as I have demonstrated in the past. I also have Saturday and Sunday and typically average 8 hours+ on both days. 

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry’s Mod? Outside of Garry's Mod I contribute my time to the US Navy as a reservist, a coach for a college swim team, and volunteer my time to the largest GTAV/FiveM Modification website as an Administrator (This will not draw from my time commitments to SWRP).

This could change if he didn't leave GA on a bad note due to being inactive and not able to take constructive criticism from other officers below him. Would've been fine with him telling us that he was going on LOA. But thats my two cents.

He didn't leave GA on a bad note. He left GA because he can no longer be part of the server anymore I don't know Conway's reasons for being inactive or what so ever. But, he had his reasons too and they could've been personal or not. He is a good leader he proved himself when he first became GA also when he was in Navy back in the days. He will also prove himself on here too. Hey, also everyone has too move on I did too one day. Trying to leave this on a good note and not sound like I'm being mean. I can not speak for Conway for myself either so if I'm wrong then Conway let me know.

I wouldn't make a response on something you don't know about. Conway came back and re-acquired GA, and has been inactive for the past month, his main reason being SWRP. Sorry for the double post, but you clearly aren't aware of what Smity is talking about.

I've maintained ~20-25 hours per week on MRP, mostly on weekends. I don't really know how more active I can be.. I guess I could spread my time more evenly. I'm active enough to have been promoted to GM II last month but that's just me. 

The agreement for me getting GA again was and always has been to hold onto it until someone was trained. That person was Theos who was given it, 5 days after coming back from his LOA.

My main reason for being able to only contribute 20-25 hours is working a full time job and going to school.
