I used to be staff on some Minecraft servers a few years back, but nothing of note or significance.

    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

I believe I should be chosen for the staff team. I know that my amount of punishments may be concerning, but I've learned from my past mistakes and will not make those same mistakes again. I've never lost my temper in any in game situation or sit, and I actively try to be positive around others to not upset or annoy them. One thing I always strive to do is help new players out so that they may stay on the server and play longer. This includes giving them money, helping them with their base by showing them good props to use, giving good weapon recommendations, and talking to them about any concerns they have. Something that I've realized is that raiding people usually isn't worth it, and causes more anger and grudges to occur. Therefore, I've stopped doing it as much and have focused on just having fun with not only my friends, but everyone if possible.

Another thing I've always enjoyed participating in is events. They've been a fun way for anyone to take their mind off of things like printer farming, as it can become very boring to partake in and often takes up an entire day to make profit if you get raided. I would love to host events or even make new ones myself so that they can occur more often and maybe get more attention towards the server. I've also learned a lot about the game's mechanics in the time I've played on this server including commands, specific settings of various tools, and easier ways to do something that can save a lot of time for people. I'm usually on for 5+ hours a day, which will help me be able to make other staff members jobs easier by handling reports and issues in a timely fashion. I'm extremely thankful for all the people I've met on this server, as I doubt I would still be playing today if it weren't for the people I've met.

I have been banned twice and warned once on this server. Both times I was banned was when I was extremely new to the server and had not yet read the rules as I didn't believe they were extremely significant. 
#1. My first ban was for FailRP + LTAP back in February. I had a base and it was raided. I didn't think about NLR so I came back and tried to kill the man raiding my base before he had stopped. I then left and rejoined so that he wouldn't have my printers. Later that day I was banned for two days.
#2. My second ban was for Mass FailRP back in the middle of July. I know this is recent but I've learned that what I did was wrong. My friends were both arrested for longer than they should've been, so I became a warden and unarrested them plus another person. I did not know this was against the rules at the time and was banned for two days. After this I gave the rules a large read so that none of these would happen again.
#3. My one warning was for RDM on a police officer that was arresting someone during a lockdown about a week ago. I killed him because I didn't want him to arrest the other citizen. He reported me and I got a warning. I was confused as I had done it before and never been told anything about it. I know my warn was justified as the officer had no idea that I was there, and wasn't going after me at all, and this was a dumb thing to do.

you’re an amazing homie and you’re always fun and positive when i’m around you and honestly never had a bad experience with you. 

being staff is a big step like frank said; but i believe that you’re more than capable to be on the staff team.

the recent ban is a horrible look on a staff application however just going off your vibes in game you’re once again so positive and you have fun and you actually enjoy the game instead of being toxic and taking things to heart.

Your bans are obviously not a good look on your reputation, but I personally have never had a bad experience with you, and I believe your current amount of activity on the server is a good sign on how active you'll be while on staff.  You've already had experience staffing on a Minecraft server-which I know is different in loads of ways-but it tells me that you have experience in situations alike to the ones you would encounter as staff on garnet, and can maintain said position.  Like I said before, the bans don't look good on your record and neither your warns, but more often than not they are learning experiences for the person receiving them.  My only advice to you is to polish up on your knowledge of the rules and make sure you stay out of trouble.  Good luck!
