Why should we choose you over other applicants?

I have been on the server and the community for a  bit now, I hesitated before thinking about investing myself for the community and recently I thought that I would have enough motivation to be able to apply for a GM position. I am quite active on the server, I think I have a respectful and responsible behavior for such a position, I have experience on the server and in server animation tasks which gives me a lot of imagination and ideas to think about to then organize. I have positive qualities and the will to do well for the goods of the players and server and I also wish to contribute with events that can offer the players from both factions new ways to play or to spend some good time in a roleplay way within the server.

I can mark my ideas by scenarios that would take place over several days or once a week, to improve or contribute to the passive action of both US and TALI, as communication or operation a little more advanced. I have already started to give some ideas of operations within my faction (AAF) and I think I have the potential to do some on a bigger plan and scale as a GM and especially for the others. I would like to say that I think a lot about the team spirit and I think I can positively contribute to the GM team by helping out because I like to give assistance or give some interesting and unique ideas. ( PS : I'm talking about scenarios and so on, but I also know that I wouldn't do only that of course )

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? : I have never received a IG / TS ban on the community, except for the warns i  received on MRP that are not recent and now dates back a long time, each time I learned from my mistakes and have not done anything so since, 

How much time do you have to contribute to the role? : I think I can easily put in 3-4 hours or more per day, not counting weekends when I can obviously do more

In your own words, what  are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?:

To make it simple, a game master has to create situations and adapt them to their decisions for the players, to make activities for the players that can go from the simple scenario to the mini-games, to animate the war phases or the moments where little happens to give a good impression of things, Make clean and well managed events in order to make sure that all the interactions are suitable for the players. Another point that can also be mentioned, a GM has to show an exemplary behavior, represent his team and the image of the community through what he organizes

 

Please list and explain 3 unique event ideas designed for only your faction to take part in:

 

Skirmish in Cargo

In the depths of the Afghan dessert, the Taliban have gained enough ground to take control of several resource-filled areas for their military branch, an old industrial area stormed shortly before the arrival of the U.S. in the region (Shipment) allowed the Taliban to contribute to their war effort and in particular to get their hands on military weapons dating from the USSR.

A report was issued to the US forces that the Taliban had an unknown type of missile at this location, a missile that despite the little knowledge of its owners could eventually do some damage. 

With full battle strategy the US army - 11 Bravo - and the AFSOC will have to launch an unexpected attack ``codenamed: Cargo`` in order to find and get the missile and bring it back safely to the base and especially without causing the explosion of the missile, of course the Taliban will not go easy to get it back 

Once the missile is recovered, it will have to be brought on the helipad so that it can be transported to another site belonging to the American army for its containment  (US Only event)

 

For the sake of Allah

A local tribal group leading a violent opposition force to the Taliban has once again created another conflict not far from a village called Der-Ali, where a Taliban officer was allegedly violently murdered along with two of his soldiers in his pickup truck while on his way to a nearby camp 

The Taliban went to the location where the incident took place and started to examine and investigate the place until the neighboring village in order to ask questions to the locals who live there, what they don't know is that the locals have hidden fighters in their houses and are waiting for the right moment to take the Taliban by surprise, 

The Taliban will have to defend themselves against the surprise attack and capture one of the members of the tribal group in order to question him, his information could be useful to prevent other possible attacks from them in the region, considered as a infidel he will of course be publicly executed but before that he will be returned directly to the head of Operations in order to make him an example for the sake of Allah ( Afghan Only event )

 

Khali

An American convoy namecode : Khali ,containing several weapons as well as cans of kerosene is on the way in the desert to resupply the US base, the Taliban saw this opportunity to seize the convoy by sending their special forces but which created by the same occasion its crash near a bunker 

The Taliban Special Forces radioed for a helicopter to be sent to their position to load the weapons and cans.

The Americans  not having their convoys on time, send scouts in the warzone in order to locate the convoy, and from there they locate the trucks having been used for the convoy near the bunker but with the presence of the Taliban's unloading it

The US sends their special forces to retrieve the supplies , the Talibans will have to hold until the helicopter is full (5 minutes) and able to take off, the US will have to eliminate the Taliban and retrieve their supplies at all costs (1 Life only - but will get the opportunity to participate in the second part)

 

Part Two 

If the Talibans manage to fill the helicopter and leave, the US special forces will have to make a surprise infiltration on the Tali base to locate and recover their supplies with the assistance of AFSOC ( 1 Life Only )

If the US recovers the supplies , the Taliban will have to launch a surprise infiltration on the US base to locate and recover it with AAF assistance (1 Life Only)

 

Final Part

Depending on the winning faction that will have succeeded in the second part, the supplies can be used for the next war that follows them (3 shots of artillery that can be used every 10 minutes by the war lead and on the position he wants)

Denkmal Operation

[The Denkmal location is an old war memorial from the time when the Mujahideen defended their land from the Russian invasion, since then this place has become a vast pilgrimage site for the locals in the area. The US believes that old war documents are hidden there that could turn the tides of war in the region. But they did not expect the Taliban to be looking for the same documents. An important event about to break loose on this idyllic memorial site.]

The Taliban and US will have to find and retrieve documents dating from the USSR invasion in Afghanistan in order to learn more about the region and its secrets . Once found, the location will have to be defended until all the documents are collected

No information is given on where this place is or how to find it, but as it is a place of pilgrimage maybe  the locals in the area will be able to direct one or the other to the exact location, so the Americans and Taliban will have to use the locals or at least negotiate with them if necessary to get information on the place and how to get there

[OOC: the exact location will be a portal that will lead the players to a closed platform built where there will be a simple reproduction of a small stone building with inside worn weapons and military documents written in Cyrillic, all in a small closed pit with an old decor as if fighting had taken place long ago]

If the Americans or Taliban defend their position and get the documents they will have to bring them to the base to decode them with a translator - Both factions must take into account that a Russian translator is not easy to find in the middle of a war zone in Afghanistan and will have to use the resources they have to get one.

 

(And this will be the beginning of the first act of a long term operation idea, I don't say more here ......)
