    Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] 

:If I had to summarize my reason as to why I would like to become staff, I would have to decide on the experience the server has to offer, and wanting others to get the same experience. I would like to assist the growth of the server, the maintaining of returning new players, and the moderation of trolls, mingey people, and KOSers at large. We have ALL had a bad experience, and I would like to minimize that by being impartial and allowing for people to fully explain both sides without jumping to conclusions based upon the word or evidence that has been provided. With that being said, I don't think I could reliably narrow down my reasoning to one thing. Its a multidimensional task that I feel I have a good outlook for. I understand the ins and outs of not only the community, but the servers mechanics. It is important to me that the server is an environment that cultivates a good experience for first time players and those returning alike. And this can be achieved with a judgement free and truthful approach to sits and encounters. That is what I would like to bring to the table.
                          

Another reason I desire to become staff is my ability to moderate and be active at times when the staff population is lower then average. This is due to me working a very odd schedule. I've had player testimony that we need staff in certain timeframes, such as 12AM - 5AM, or early morning hours. My goal if I'm accepted is to maintain a just environment and do my absolute best to keep the server flowing without a hitch. This can be achieved with my activity in these aforementioned time zones, as well as my overall impartial viewpoints. I am a very active player, and I plan to keep it that way. I have never received a warn nor ban. I know the rules very well, and I hope to apply that to my staffing if I am to be accepted. One of my qualities that I think would allow me to strive as a staff member is my levelheadedness. I am not the type to get angry, no matter what's being thrown at me. If I was to be chosen, I know this would greatly assist me in sits.

I don't like it when people make their paragraphs a bigger font, because usually it means someone is trying to make them look bigger, but you've got plenty big paragraphs (I sized them down above), plenty of referrals, and good playtime
