Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I understand I might have a few flaws, but I am trying to be more mature because I am becoming an officer soon. I believe I should be chosen because I believe I can bring entertaining events that people will not get tired after less than 5 minutes of participating. I would most likely try to have a bit of diversity to when I make events, especially diverse between PVE to PVP events or maybe just passive roleplay when there are barely any players on. I also believe I should be accepted for this position because I get along well with a lot of the gm's so it would be easy for me to help plan global events and small events that include a mix of our ideas. I would like to also mention that I am an active member of the community, and I will spend my time on the server creating events for others to enjoy.

Once I am accepted into the GM team, I will fully commit all of my time into it. I may also be repetitive sometimes but as I did say in my first paragraph "diverse between PVE to PVP events" like those that are like KOTH, Zombie Survival, FFA, etc... I won't repeat the same location of these events all the time. I would also like to bring out new ideas to the GM team and would like to use some of their ideas in order to inspire myself to make. I know this may a little random, but I would also like to take part in doing tp's and setting jobs for those who are in need. I am not a biased person and will take things and make them as fair as I can and will. I feel like that I would be a good GM member that is a trustworthy player among the player base.


Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details:  I've been banned for a month by proggy for massing on drp which was very immature of me to do, but it got reduced down to 2 weeks by Ozzy. Also a few times on DRP, just to clarify why I did and really be honest, I wasn't in the right state of mind, and I felt like this was the easiest way to take a break, but up until I found MRP I stopped but when I got removed from rangers because I wasn't doing my best from the evals, I got mad and went to mass on DRP thinking that nothing would happen to me, which ended me a month ban from mrp and drp, I was a bit younger when I massed and didn't understand the future consequences or just the consequences at all. I have matured since then and will continue to as a GM member.
How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: All the time during the weekend and weekdays after school.

In your own words, what are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?:  I believe the responsibilities of a gamemaster are to be able to entertain others during peacetime whilst there is nothing to do, as I said in my 2nd paragraph, I also believe they should also have the responsibility of helping people that staff should be doing like teleports and setting jobs. I also feel like that you should have at least made your work mean something or have a good impact to you and to others.

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would like to contribute short hostage situations that come out of nowhere which may be fun, I might also do events that include lore and backstory from other characters in the player base or just continued lore from another gamemasters event. I would also like things that include diseases like this one event I had experienced which was fun. I would try to bring back things from old maps and characters from information I receive from friends.

[Party Games]

Just like what other GM's do they usually do FFA's, KOTH's, 1V1's, etc.... I would like to add on to these by adding chess or checkers, if I can possibly do it, I would like to add a gun game or a kill the boss type of game.

[Assassination/Hitman mission]
Just like the hitman job in DRP, this one can include a foreign substance that is held by a Russian marine that was stranded, I would be talking in comms if anyone would be able to accept the hit or not. These would also have a different variety of people and enemies. They could also be NPCS or can be replaced with players, when the mission is accomplished, the players will be rewarded with money.

[Car Aid]
 

This can also be done with a helicopter but is best with a car. Basically, Soc and Tali are tasked with finding the wreckage of a car that had a very important document or item that could include/worth anything. The NPCS that bombed the car are going through buildings that are protecting the valuable item, both factions are looking through each building trying to find whatever the item or document is.

  [The Wakening]
This event includes ancient zombies that awaken which infects some of the factions. With the remaining few survivors, they must retrieve the cure from the dead scientist which is trapped inside of a small hidden shack. When infected the zombies must use fists while the survivors use any weapon of their choice, some of the zombies will be AI's if there aren't enough players infected. This event will most likely last one peacetime and will be at a specified large area.

+1 confirming my referral I've seen tanhk slowly but surely mature from the time I've known him he has had his moments but this is an awesome application and the event ideas are simple and easy for everyone to follow I think he would be a fine fit for the GM team

+1 confirming my referral, so I've known Tahnk for quite some time now and from what I've seen he can be fun and is very creative also I like his ideas on his events they are pretty solid and to add on to this I will say that throughout my time on MRP he has changed alot. I am referring this because he has changed and I believe he can help out the GM team in good ways so GL on your staff app and hopefully I see you on the roster soon.

I'm going to start this off by saying that Tanhk, you're a cool kid and you're funny but I can't do this..

I'd give you a +1, but the following -'s are what make it impossible.

- Very immature individual, you repeatedly will say things such as "penis" or "fart" in OOC and elsewhere in the server
--- Lots of warns, along with this you show a very clear disregard for the rules. I saw you with the name "fedy fabear" and when I told you to change your name since it's against the rules, you simply changed the spelling. You act like everything is a joke and the rules are there for you to bend around your finger just for a laugh.
- I was in TS with BenZ who didn't want to give you his referral which you responded to very maturely by calling it racism?

Overall Tanhk, you're a great kid and you're amazing to be around but you're also just lightyears too immature to be on the staff team right now, I suggest toning your immaturity within the public view of the server aka OOC, down a bit as well as following rules a bit more. If you get accepted, please take this into consideration, however, if you are denied please give yourself time to change your level of maturity in situations on the server. I feel like you're really creative and can do good, but you're applying for staff Tanhk, and at this time I can't trust you to act how staff need to act.

Well I mean just to clarify somethings, I know I’m an immature person but I’m trying to improve really since I’m becoming an officer. And the Benz thing was just what I say to everything, “racism” is a joke and I don’t actually mean anything or what people say is racist but I just say that as a phrase or quip or something like that to say as a joke. Also the name thing I understand but it was just for fun and I really wasn’t trying to break rules

Becoming a Mature Person:
This I need to see more, most of the stuff I've actually seen are recent and during your time as a BMI. I would love to have you as staff but your maturity is a large issue.

Racism issue, etc whatever lol:
It wasn't the point that you called it racist it's your response to it, everything has to be a meme and nothing is serious to you and I need to see you capable of following rules, showing persona growth, and being serious when the time is needed. If you can do this I would love to have you on the staff team

Canadian just gonna say this here so we have had people on the GM team who have been more immature, I can say that whenever I joined the GM team I was way more immature than I am now, because I would rather have fun on a Gmod server than listening to all staff because alot of the time staff can be dicks, so you saying this you're focusing on the cons way too much. Canadian from what I know you just recently got back I think that you focus on cons too much which could be why you don't +1, also have you ever talked to Tahnk properly? The thing is that I believe Tahnk can change as I did once I joined the GM team, also you just recently coming back GM's in my opinion aren't as serious as the staff team because we do events we need to be playful and have good event Ideas.

I mean I am becoming an officer but I don’t want to use that excuse, I know I can be responsible because if I didn’t apply that would’ve shown that I was actually trying to be mature and better. I also want to become a GM to be more mature and to let people know me a lot better in the GM community and not just some immature kid.

I would honestly want to see a bit more of how you have so called 'changed' in game and how you do around groups of people. Being a GM carries a lot of responsibilities and I am not too sure if you would be able to handle it all so well as of this moment. 

Genuinely curious as to how you are right now and how you have changed, but I have second thoughts about this application, given what I have seen from you.
