Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]I think you should choose me over all the other applicants because I can bring a Roleplay aspect to the server we may not have seen in the community I can be active early mornings or late at night so the players early morning or late at night that have nothing else to do on the server they can participate in a event to pass the time by instead of leaving right after war time. I want to create campaigns for the whole server, Afgan Sided or even just US Sided even have mixtures of the two or just simple events to have fun as a server.
        I also think you should pick me over all the other applicants because I have over 3 years of gamemaster experience with not only D&D but in arma 3 as well with zeusing which give you the same concept as a Game Master on Garnet Gaming Military RolePlay where you can set up the area for the event/campaign and they can run said event or campaign

In your own words, what  are the responsibilities of a Gamemaster?: a Gamemaster can have many different responsibilities depending how you look at it if your talking a D&D sense then its creating ideas and a campaign for your players to go through. If were talking about in game like for example MRP then the responsibilities are to Host events for the server even create a campaign for them to run to lead to a big whole event after time in the campaign this can be ran as a 1 side Campaign or a whole Server campaign

Describe how you would contribute to RP as a part of the Gamemaster team: I would like to give incentives to stay on after wars. To give everyone on the server fun creative events to look forward to I also want to do Campaigns for the whole Server I would do said thought out campaigns for Tali sided, US Sided or even whole server sided

1: Event Name: Afghanistan Forces  
Idea for Event: The Afghanistan Forces are to clear out Town Center from a Terrorist Group of individuals they have to clear out the town in Ex. amount of time if they dont clear the town out the reinforcements arrive and basically they would have to evacuate

2:Event Name: Poking The Hornets Nest

Idea for Event: Assassination ops this will require 313 and 055th combined joint operations. They will receive a mission to assassinate High ranking officer that's hosting a gathering at US OP. The Gathering is consist of the US Giving a speech to locals. 313 and 055th would have to identify the headquarters' target and wait for the green light to assassinate. The US has to have a plan, and setup up defenses are the perimeter and be prepare for tangos to make sure the High ranking officer speech goes well . 313 and 055th cannot get caught or draw any attention to themself as they wait for further instructions. Once They get the green light, they may proceed to kill the target.  The US has to be on a lookout setting up recon and bodyguards to ensure high ranking officer (he is giving 7 min speech). If 313 and 055th fails the next upcoming war US gets to cap and hold the objective for 5 mins without any Afgan going there but if its vise-versa and Afgan win its likewise for them.

3.Event Name: Convoy Defense

Idea for Event: The Afghanistan Forces would be tasked with escorting a convoy of confiscated weaponry from the US Outpost to Factory, they escorting infantrymen will have to set up scout patrols to recon the area ahead to prepare for battle, defend the cargo while trying to take out the opposition. The infantry would most likely need a health boost of some sort so that they all dont just instantly get deleted. In Town the convoy would be attacked from Gas Station and Oil, at the turn of the road they will encounter light sniper/marksman fire from the north rocks in the valley and when they get to factory they will find a large amount of opposing forces to wipe out to allow the convoy entry.

4.Event Name: Hostage (Officer Required If not Possible SSGT+ Req from Soc)

Idea for Event: The Mission is to lure out a US Soldier (Like for RP Reasons come up with somthing to lure them out) then they would kidnap him and take him back for interrogation (this could lead for a story ark) 

5 Event Name Supplies Retrieval
Idea for Event:  After rescuing the hostage, he has told us about secret weapons caches, we need to go there, but we know they are deep in insurgent territory, we need to go there, and rescue the supplies, pure and simple, right? Yes, be sure to watch your backs though.
In the case the team succeeds, they discover the supplies include chemical weapons, bombs, more specifically.

Event 1: Nuclear weapon. In the middle of the map their will be some type of nuclear weapon. But it is explosive or high dangerous so be very careful when you go by it or shoot near it. Both factions OBJ is to capture that nuclear weapon. You can use Trucks, Helicopters or whatever you need to gain access to the nuclear weapon. When a team has successfully captured it  they will do tests and find out what it really is to see they can make more for the battlefield.

Event 2:Negotiations: Both the United States leader and the Russian Forces leader meet up with a man who goes by Viktor Resnov, he has a lot of supplies and advantage points set up around the surrounding area that if any side could get, they'd have an advantage before the upcoming battles. The Goal of each side is to try to successfully negotiate and persuade the man to ally with them, only one side will get him. The side that wins the negotiations, will  have an advantage. Vehicles that they didn't have access too, and weapons that they didn't know exists.

Event 3: Smash and Grab - RU have successfully captured a high ranking US 11A officer and have them held hostage on top of Cons. The US will then have to send out an elite team to rescue the 11A officer before the RU can extract info out of them and kill them.

-1 I haven't heard anything positive and actually heard only negative things about you being power hungry and being removed from staff but some of the event ideas were good especially bringing both of the sides into events but either then that it's still a -1 from me

I am sure you have good intentions this time around, but I am not too comfortable with you being in any spot of power when I hear the stories about what you did multiple times in the past. You are even blacklisted from a staff team because of that. Besides all of this, I haven't seen much improvement coming from you as of yet, so I'd say give it some more time before you apply for positions like staff again.

I usually give my reasonings but after seeing your post and the DarkRp managers explanations to the fact that you were demoted, retrained, constantly giving improper bans, etc. I don't feel comfortable trusting you as staff especially Gamemaster as it's essentially an instant T.Admin.

Its a very close +1 almost neutral but the main reason why I'm going to +1 is how he has changed from the past and moved on from what happened & how he's active and helping tali and 313 grow and he also has past experience with doing events type stuff. Even know I listed all the -1 I still believe we should give him a shot like we did for other staff ATM so best of luck.

I Mean i was blacklisted From MRP staff, actually became MRP staff two more times and gamemaster, reached admin 3 more times on darkrp... Just because he was blacklisted over a year ago doesnt mean shit, people can change so got my +1

You certainly have a contentious history on the DRP side of things, and there are many people who have strong opinions about you. The negative taste of that DRP incident is still in many people's mouths. I think that you could do well with some more time in the community. I haven't seen much RP from you in game yet, s it might be wise to try and create RP in game without Gamemasters, and even reach out to current GM's and try to plan an event with them. Since you need to gain the trust of the community first, this is probably the best bet. 
 

EDIT: Event ideas:

I don't think any of these are weak, but nothing about them truly stands out from any others I've seen. One of the things we are looking for in a GM application is an X-factor that really sets you apart from the rest of the server in terms of creativity or RP. An example of a suboptimal event script would go something like this: 

      "The US army goes to AA and extracts a chemical and they must fight off enemies until they evacuate"

This event, while it can be executed properly, gives no higher incentive for players other than just shooting NPC's and doing "/me picks up chemical." Maybe add a danger factor, or maybe make them equip gas masks, add an event character. I'm not saying any events of your were this basic, but if you want to overcome the negative stigma surrounding yourself, you need to convince us with overwhelming evidence that you are a capable RPer and trustworthy enough to receive GM, and you can start by doing that with your RP in game and your event ideas.
