Delta Force Primary Weapon Change (again!!)

Change the Delta Force's Primary weapon to the HK416 (or alternatively, a new rifle already on the server) via the addon below.

 

Reasoning: [how would this benefit our server?]

Delta Force has been deprived of a good primary weapon for a long time now, I believe the weapon class that best fits the current state of the server is a rifle, and there are currently no US based rifles that aren't currently in use (that I am aware of). This new addon is only 22MB, and is a great rifle to add for the future in general as well, considering with any new rebalancing the HK can be used for any US faction. Most SMGs are utterly useless considering that rifles simply outplay them at close, medium, and long range. If the HK is unable to be added, I suggest that DF is given the M4 SOPMOD, it removes a little bit of the diversity, but it would be the best alternative.

Aware that this is a "mrp moment", but deadass our gun sucks when in comparison to other primary weapons

313 had a gun change because their gun was essentially un-usable, so is the UMP. Delta Force is one of, if not the hardest to enter faction currently on the server and with the UMP as it's reward? Might as well just goto Rangers, 313, 055 or GB for the guns they provide as all 4 have guns are great weapons if used in war well. (TSFU have a shit gun as well and I'm surprised they haven't made a post for a change yet either, that gun is un-usable and that was before tickrate change)

The current weapon is still going to be the UMP, I have updated a speadsheet with every weapon value in the game and will be comparing the T1 Weapons to the the lower tiers. And might possibly be able to update that so its better.
