Cancel Hits

Suggestion: I suggest that we add a command or button or something that gets rid of a current hit/adds it back to the hit menu so you don't gotta complete it. 

Reasoning: There are two main reasons, 1 being the fact that people already do this via killing themselves in the console, however they lose their perks when they do this. The second reason is that people place hits on afk people in spawn all the time, and that can force a hitman to have to reset their hit. I'm unsure if this is possible but here's hoping!

I've dealt with this quite a bit while doing the job and having an easy option to leave a hit would be extremely helpful in those common situations!
