I can't reccommend you anything from those categories, but I do have some upbeat rock that I used to use when I lifted about a year ago. I recommend Mac DeMarco's album "2". Great jams that can sync well and are honestly great songs in general. (Good one is "Freakinf Out The Neighborhood).
