What happened? (Include any proof):

*I DO HAVE VIDEO OF THE SIT* So, it all began when i was chilling in my base farming my printers, when all of a sudden, I hear the noise of battering rams being used at my base, so while confused as to why my base was being raided by two cops, one was a spartan by the name of HG Gary Granite and the other a low-level cop by the name of Isaac Morton. After being killed by Gary he then proceeded to destroy my printers and my ovens, after respawning I immediately head back to my base to confront the spartan as to why a warrant would've placed on me, while knowing there was no reason for it, and i get killed by Gary again, and get insulted for the second time. He then begins to MRDM everyone including me and as soon as he finishes, him and his friend leave the server. then soon after a bunch of other players gather in the front of the cinema area where they were also complaining about those same guys that had done the same thing to me, but with reports of the spartan noclipping into their base and destroying their printers as well. We then discussed as a group as to who those guys were, now being presented as hackers, one of the guys spoke to an admin and the admin (Tom brady i believe) asked us if we had any proof (video) of the incident and said he wasn't going to be able to do anything without proof. after some time has passed like 6 or 10 minutes we settled down and we were beginning to move on until HG Sigmund Freud joined the server as a cop, he had the same outfit and color and level as the user Isaac Morton, so we were 100% sure that those two were the same person but with a changed name, so a bunch of us did kill HG Sigmund Freud, with me killing him twice (when he claimed that I killed him and other people 4 times, I only remember killing him twice) and other guys killing him many more times, then HG Timothy suggested to the group that continuing to kill Sigmund could result in bring yelled at so we let him be and were going to let the admins handle the situation,. While the killings were happening, Sigmund wasn't complaining he wasn't telling us to stop or didn't even ask why we were killing him, but he stayed quiet recording everything from the get-go and even stood by us for a while before complaining to the admins. 5 minutes after EatSnacks gets banned then a little after i get pulled into a sit with brady, dmoney and lala with HG Sigmund hurrying the admins to ban me already and even threatened the admins, saying that if Dmoney or the other admins don't  hurry up and ban me then he'll complain on the forums and get them in trouble, while in the sit they (the admins) told me that that wasn't the guy that was hacking earlier, and i believe the admins, i then apologized to Sigmund  directly, after apologizing dmoney had said that he'll just give me a warning, after typing this that's when sigmund threatened him saying "if you let him go, say goodbye to your little VIPmod" and "if you ban him, we all go away happy" and even saying "now do as I say". So dmoney and tom brady decide to ban me with dmoney telling me sorry before banning me. [witness Monkey with a gun, HG Timothy, voydle? (Forgot his name), Theta, wendoly (forgot the name of the others) would also like to mention HG Tinothy who is a part of HG had said that Sigmund was a fake member as said when i checked the console so that increased our belief that he was the hacker that was there earlier. also, the admin ask's me why I was killing "people" when i only ever kill sigmund twice

 

Why should your ban be removed?

Well, this whole situation was 100% complete misunderstanding on our and my part (the group) as we believed 100% that Sigmund was the hacker that terrorized us earlier but with a changed name, with this being my first ban on this server this does hurt, but while I do feel that the punishment duration is extreme for killing the guy twice, and accidentally killing HG Tinothy and calling that “mass RDM”  I still respect the admin's decision as I do understand that the whole situation looked really bad on our part because of the whole misunderstanding with the hacker and all. and we would've never done it if we knew he wasn't the hacker.

That guy was being a complete minge. The whole situation should of been avoided. Cosby was being appropriate in the sit and I was just gonna warn him because I don’t like issuing bans when people. He did kill people but was apologetic about it. I’ll find the ss right now but I do feel as he should be unbanned and let off with a warning though because the guy who reported him was trolling the server for hours. They were there for it  @Wess @tombrady @LalaDeviluke

So as the guy who reported was banned for 6 months for several repeated offences, A shortened ban would be applicable in my opinion. The guy had no intent to roleplay as he caused toxicity server wide and expressed multiple other issues however; I wasn't too much involved on this one particular just the HG feud guy here and there with my previous statements. Gonna give my two cents on this situation as I was directly involved alongside @dmoney824 (and I'm the person who put the ban string through). *I should not have to clarify this, but I am not being biased/siding whatsoever with either party in this situation. I'm providing my view exactly as I recall seeing it happen in-game.*

This was the second sit we had handled from HG Sigmund Freud, the first being the report he made on EatSnacks which also ended in a 2 week Mass RDM ban. The reporter in question was extremely disrespectful/cocky, however he was able to provide sufficient evidence to warrant the 2 week ban for Mass RDM. I've seen no one post it here yet, but the reporter provided a video in the sit of you, alongside EatSnacks mowing him down every time he walked out of the spawn area. You even admitted to this in your initial post and should have known better not to participate in this, even if someone else encouraged you to do it.

You killed Trippy Hippy and Timothy alongside the 2 kills on Sigmund. Even if these kills are brushed off or entirely consensual, they are still RDM in an RP environment.

• Random Death Match; Killing players with no RP reason.
• Disrespect, mic spam, or anything that would not result in damage being taken is not RP reasons to kill someone.

I do apologize that your first ban on the server fell under such a unique circumstance, however I do believe it should be taken as a lesson going forward. Two wrongs don't make a right, and as such both parties (you, and Sigmund) have since been banned.

Thank you @Wess and @lmay for your input, if you or anyone else who was directly involved wishes to provide evidence then they are welcome to. The video is certainly useful, but I’m going to wait for Dmoney to provide any additional evidence or information before I make a final decision.

I posted my ss. He did kill 3 times but 2 of them were against a toxic player. I think he should be unbanned or at least a lesser sentence.

@lmay that is correct, but I would like to clarify that those were accidental kills for both of them those were accident kills, For both of them for HG Timothy he was very low on health next to the phone booth at spawn and as I was in the process of shooting sigmund and dragging my mouse over to keep my cursor on him he ran past HG Timothy and I followed him with the cursor and ended up shooting Timothy on accident, after I successfully killed sigmund I immediately waited for Timothy to spawn in and apologized to him and told me it was all cool no worries same thing happened with trippy hippy it happened in the same kind of fashion this is exactly what happened. And you’re right two wrongs don’t make a right buts that’s how it went down.

PARTIALLY ACCEPTED

Having reviewed all of the evidence that has been submitted I have decided to partially accept the appeal, by lowering the ban to one week for unintentional MRDM, given that you by your own admission only intended to kill Sigmund Freud, and did not intend to kill Timothy or Trippy Hippy. With that said, it’s important to remember that in the event that someone is breaking the rules, you should place a report and allow the staff member to handle it accordingly rather than taking things into your own hands, as it can actually make it more difficult for the staff to resolve the initial issue if you are also breaking rules as a result. Dmoney and the other staff members involved didn’t do anything wrong by banning you, but I feel a lesser punishment of a one week ban is fair given the evidence shown.
