Change Max Lottery Amount To 500k

This is definitely an unpopular opinion but I don’t believe there should be a max limit for lotteries as it is. People will only afford to gamble what they can afford to lose, if someone wants to gamble their money they will find a way to do it wether it be a hobo casino or the lottery. However for high rollers and multi millionaires on the server a 150k lotto is very insignificant and a lot of people would love to risk/reward more money.

Changing the max limit of the lottery would also not be game breaking, for every person who would win 5 million on a lottery would also equally result in 9 others losing 500k which would keep the economy stable. I think 500k max is a fair number that would keep high rollers happy and give people with very little money a chance to win big.

I think the only downside is that newer players dont get to partcipate as much but lets be real they don't participate in the 150k's either. This may be a logistical nightmare but making it to where you could only do one 500k every 10 minutes or something could also potentially help. I think this is a great great change and would spice things up a bit, who doesnt love some Gamba Gamba

-1 I think 300k is better, because 80% of the time the mayor just sets the lottery to the highest amount, and making the max half of a million will exclude a large amount of people from participating in the lottery.

Neutral, as much of a gambling addict as I am, I think the amount is a tad too much. Like @RealRichard said 250-300k is the perfect amount. It will also solve all of my gambling habits when I win big.

Here's why:

I don't disagree with any of the comments here in this thread. I like the lottery limit where it's at, accommodating for the lower leveled players, but increasing the limit to 250,000 - 300,000 could be exciting.

While we're at it, why not add an option for a lottery over the price of, using the suggested limit for an example, 300,000 to trigger a prompt on the screens of all players that asks if they'd want to see a lottery so high? The vote limit for this high lottery could be set to a changing number just like the prop count, and if there's enough votes, respective to the player count, the lottery pushes through. 

I'd argue that 500,000 is the most I'd be willing to vouch for in this "Monster Lottery", it's a good amount. However, the max lottery would have to be restricted to every 30-60 minutes as to prevent the overuse of a lottery nobody can participate in.
