Property system for buying bases

Unnecessary. If you have doors that need to be bought just contact staff if it's occupied. I really do not like this system.

+1 it’s a QOL thing, stop acting like it’s the end of the world. Over complicating the fact that all it does is 

 

1. decrease the need of staff needing to be called because of a single door 

 

2. Makes buying/selling doors 10x easier

 

3. false reports of a person buying doors and another player buying a door from the same building and claiming it was their building.

While I see all of the benefits this could bring, I have a sense of nostalgia with the way things currently work. This is undoubtedly a slick system and does fix a lot of issues, but despite that, I kinda like the property system the way it is. It's not a popular opinion and hardly a 'good' reason to dislike this, so I won't give this suggestion a -1. I think I'll just stay neutral for now.

-1 this would move away from vanilla, plus there is already a sell all button for doors, but it is hidden, so maybe instead of adding an entire new system to the server that would sway it from its vanilla roots, maybe make the sell all button more obvious and easy to find.

if vanilla is the goal probably removing perks would be the first step.

This is a nice qol thing and adds a fun more roleplay element to a roleplay server.

Compared to 90% of the servers on gmod dark, we are vanilla, and i can see where your coming from but even with perks we are hitting the goal of vanilla hard, and what you're suggesting would go away from it, also would you like to say anything to my vanilla possible solution i put down?

-1 still, go play a more modded server with bitcoin/cars if u want a "property system"
