Why should we choose you over other applicants?: Why I should be chosen over other applicants because of my previous experience in a moderation role on atomic RP. I am a great negotiator and can put myself into the player's shoes. I've noticed in my time zone that there is often a gap of active staff members for players who are causing issues that don't get dealt with I'll be able to fill that gap. my goal is to put the player's experience first. I want to uplift the game to a level where players don't have to wait 10+ minutes to take their sits in the early hours. The effort I can put into this role will show how much I want and would like to be a part of the staff team. In other words, the reason I should be chosen over other applicants is my experience and the hard work I can do. Lastly, the Garnet gaming staff team is my pick because of my knowledge and how much I will work to help others.

Ghostly is one of few people on the server that is online nearly everyday and spends time roleplaying outside of a base. I’ve had many interactions with him and I can confirm that he knows all the rules and is a perfect fit to the community. He does not like to involve himself in drama and from what I’ve seen he does not take bias. Biggest +1 yet, good luck

There are some concerns that I would like to be addressed in your application, one being the two warnings. You state that you were prior staff on another server and have played our server for a decent amount of time. Can you elaborate on how you received two warnings and what steps you're taking to ensure you don't make the same mistake again? I would look past them if you expanded on them and tell us how you have improved. Secondly, the paragraphs are technically two total (8 sentences with 4 per paragraph if you count the minimum) but the content is fairly weak. I would like to know more about you as a person and what qualities you possess as I'm sure you have a few you could list. For now, I will stay neutral in hopes that we can get an explanation. I have spent a bit of time around ghostly. He's super nice and fun to be around. I definitely think he would be a good addition to the team. As said in previous post ^ he can be a bit silly at times, but I don't think that will get in the way of him being professional while doing his part in the team.

Ghostly is a very active player, and a very fun person to be around in general. He always follows the rules from what I have seen, and like others have mentioned, while he can be a bit goofy at times, I think he would have no trouble at all holding himself to professional standards while carrying out his duties as staff. While the active warns are not a great look, and your paragraphs just meet the requirements, I still believe that you can do great as staff, and I personally have seen improvement in regards to your behavior since we first met. It is for these reasons that I will give you a +1 and I wish you the best of luck!

I've had some good experiences with Ghostly788. He's always been supportive and informative especially with new players. While he can be a bit of a troll at times it’s never with any harmful intent and truthfully he always makes up for it when it comes to being helpful. His extensive playtime and previous experience make him a solid candidate for staff but the two active warns and the just meeting the requirements paragraphs are areas to consider for sure. Overall I believe he would make a good and helpful competent addition to the staff team. I personally would like to see more improvement in the paragraphs. I know that you have it in you!
