With my previous experiences on the server over the course of multiple years, I can say confidently I know the rules better than most. Not only do I know the rules quite well, over 700 hours on the server, allowing me to know the community, staff, and know how the server itself works. In reality, everyone is human, and I understand that. This isn't life, it's a game and something that should be treated as such. That being said, I also understand that this is a lot of peoples way to blow off steam and it's an escape from reality for them. This community and server are both meant to be safe spaces for people to make friends, enemies, memories, and have fun. In the end, everyone wants to enjoy themselves in their own ways and that's something I want to help with. By allowing me to be staff, I'll dedicate my time to making the community safer, more welcoming, and overall more fun for others.

I've been playing on the server for around 1 1/2 - 2 years and in my time I've met some amazing people who come from interesting and different backgrounds. Each with their own wisdom to give. In return for allowing me as a 13 year old to enjoy this game and learn things through the people in this server I want to give back and do the same thing. I want people to see this as a community where they can make friends and be themselves. This is a server that is very dear to me for many reasons and I want others to see it the way I do. The people, the variety in roles and jobs, the groups, the rivalries, the alliances, and all the other small things make this server amazing and I'm so glad that I can just be in the community alone. Not only is this somewhere I've spent a large chunk of my time, but it's somewhere I've learned a lot of my mannerisms through.

Even though all of that is true, the sad reality is that some people want to ruin that for others. People who find it fun to bring others down and bring negativity to others. People who do that are the reason why I want to play this server as more than a community member but also a staff member. I know these people might not have the best intentions, but they're doing the same thing everyone else is. They just want to have fun. Instead of just handling these people in sits, I want to try to get deeper with them and get them to play the server by the rules. I want to see them enjoy themselves in a way that others can enjoy themselves as well. Even if this goal isn't the most achievable, I still want to try, I want to see change in them, I want to see them learn how to fit in with others while being themselves and see them coexist with the other community members.

Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details: To be brutally upfront I used to be a shithead and a minge on this server. I was young, stupid, and thought I was funny. The truth is I ruined the server for some and annoyed most. This isn't a place for an apology and this definitely doesn't serve that purpose but I've had my fair share of punishments.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Depending on school I can give 40-50 hours per week.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I like to play guitar and piano and I also enjoy spending time with people irl.

I'll give you my +1, despite your rocky past, it seems you've improved quite a lot. I can tell by the logs that what you say is true and what you currently say, about maturing and growing as a person is also true. I haven't had any bad encounters with you in-game and others also seem to have high expectations of you. You're a great example to others who apply by showing that you can change your behavior. The bans appeared to have stopped around 2023 so that's a huge W in my opinion. I'd like to see what you can do, so take my +1. Thanks for applying and good luck!

ik its not really my place for DRP staff apps, but id like to give a little input. When glitch was banned in the past he was a literal child (I had to deal with him trust me). In recent talks with him, while being short, he has seemed to mature a lot. If he has truly matured I wouldn't put his past Infront of him. and based on what @JonnyFlame said It seems he has possibly. best of luck glitch.

Before I explain my reasoning I can vouch that you have improved in behavior long before you came back recently to the server (I'm not vouching for your current behavior on the server because I haven't bee on recently). You do have well-written paragraphs and overall meet the requirements. Now the main reason I'm giving you a neutral is that 2 days ago you had dm'd giving me a reminder that you hated me. I'm unsure why you messaged me that and certainly, it makes me question if you're holding grudges on me and other members of the community. Although it isn't a complete big deal it is certainly uncalled for. I'd suggest you refrain from that behavior if you wish to get accepted.

Perfectly reasonable but how long would you hold prior bans over someone? The last ban occurred in 2023 which was more than a year ago. I am not disputing your -1, but I'd like to hear your opinion on the matter.

I can completely see where this is coming from although I will point out that on my end I meant that in a completely joking manner as I do remember us being in good standings last time we had spoke. I do apologize if you thought I was serious and I also understand that it was uncalled for and shouldn't have been said. Thank you for the reply and the advice!
