Past experiences as staff: I have not been staff in a GMod server before.
Why should we choose you over other applicants?: I think I should be chosen over the other applicants because I am able to be active almost everyday since DarkRP on garnet is the only server I play on. I am able to help people and I am respectful when it comes to doing a job, especially as a staff member. I have read all the DarkRP rules and I could name them all off the top of my head. I am very good with games and I know how to fix a few things if people need it. I have a good PC so there is no chance that I would be too laggy to be in-game or help someone. I like helping people in-game who are new to the server even if I am not a staff member. I am good at explaining things to people if they do not understand something. I am willing to add people over discord and help them through a screenshare if they do not understand what I am saying verbally. I can be really professional if I am told to. I have really good SPaG( Spelling, Punctuation and , grammar.)  meaning I can type to others quickly and efficiently.

 

I think that I would be a great mod because I like to make people happy and let people have fun while playing on garnet. I really enjoy talking to people and I think if I was a staff member on this server, I would prioritize it a lot more since it's not something I am just doing for fun. When it comes to helping people out I am more serious about things, say I made it on the staff team, I would be a lot more serious than I am in-game. I really enjoy the garnet community and I would love to help it out.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: I have a ton of time to answer reports and stuff like that, I am on GMod almost everyday because it is the only game I really like to play.
If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: I like to play basketball and play a few other games outside of my PC like VR boxing.

It's good that you made necessary changes to your application, it shows that you are aware of what you need to improve when it comes to on paper.

 

However, it seems like your ingame actions need to also reflect change. The responses below mine are showcasing that it is best for you to take more time to socialize and become familiar with the staff you'd be working with on the server (if you get accepted). The staff won't hesitate to report if you are acting toxic when you're in a position of power. Around 90% (maybe even 100%) of the people that have responded either are current staff or former staff, so if you don't have good rapport with them now, chances are it's gonna be difficult to adapt to this position.
 

Please make sure to use this as a learning experience rather than giving up, if @MischiefYT can be staff, anyone can (lol).

Overall, your application seems rushed. Your paragraph is a long, run on sentence, and offers very little real insight about why YOU, and not anyone else. I am willing to change my opinion, but you would need to redo your paragraphs and actually read the staff rules. Also, what past experiences as staff have you had?

I've had very few interactions with you outside of a sit room, and when I have seen you it was very brief but just judging by what I've seen with you I don't believe you've reached the right level of maturity which is need to be staff not saying that your immature just saying you haven't reached full maturity which is crucial in a role like staff. I would highly recommend that you redo your paragraphs and make sure they reach the minimum requirement.  Goodluck!

You clearly put no effort into this application. We had a chat earlier about you RDM'ing another player were you had no knowledge or interest in the rules. Aside from being disrespectful in the sit I have no other interactions with you that I can recall. You need to put more effort into the next application and read the rules better. 
 

edit: Just had a sit with a new player trying to help him with keypads, the entire time I was trying to help him out you were extremely disrespectful to me and the new player. Your behavior clearly shows your not cut out for staff anytime soon.

As others have stated, your “paragraphs” seems to just be a run on sentence. You have to read the staff rules, they’re very important if you want to be staff. I don’t believe I have taken any sits with you besides helping you with textures, but from the interactions I have had with you in game with you they’ve been okay. Get some more time in the server, work on not getting in trouble, read through the server and staff rules, work on your paragraphs.

You seemed more concerned with wanting to throw a grenade in the sit room than actually listening to what was being said to you.
