How do you plan on benefiting our server? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

 

So I believe I can be a good member of the staff roster because I have experience in being staff for other servers not only in Garry's mod but also in discord servers as well. My activity is also a major benefit for the staff team. I am active and I play until at least 10pm PST which personally I noticed there isn't a ton of staff on at that time therefore my presence will be helpful. Having over a thousand hours gives me insight on how the server works, at the same time I am open minded about learning from the current staff roster.

 

Not only do I have previous staff experience but I also have tons of experience with the community since I have over a thousand hours in the server. I have mained both sides (RU and US) making it harder for me to display a bias for one side over the other because of all of the friends I have made on both sides. I could be described as neutral person which has to me not making any enemies on my time here.

 

From my time on the server I have grown to love the community here and I truly want to see if flourish which is also the reason why I have played both sides it wasn't because I felt like leaving RU, it was because I felt like the US needed help with the semi recent MARSOC roster change and the Green Beret roster was literally two people when I joined. Another example of me trying to aid the community is that I have no obligation to train the new recruits but I will do it occasionally when I see no one else doing so even though I have no obligation and I will continue to do so in the future. 

 

In conclusion, I believe I will be a beneficial candidate for your staff team and I hope that this application will be accepted as I look forward towards helping out the community further with the resources obtained by becoming staff.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Currently I have been spending at least 3 hours a day with few exceptions which I could spend at least an hour or so actively aiding those who send in reports/need assistance.

+1 My experiences with Larry have been very positive. Very mature and respectable dude! Based off his experience on this server, he is fully capable of being a staff member who knows all the rules and will also be able to deal with sits fairly and effectively. He spent so many hours dedicated to the community & without even receiving a ban/warn. Over all, Larry would be a positive asset to the staff team as well as to the community.

Larry is literally the most charismatic dude on the server. But he's also pretty aware of when he needs to be serious and get things done. He really does do a lot of training, even as a SOC member (who hardly hop onto the base faction recruiter classes and do their jobs) he will train recruits. He's got a ton of experience on the server, and as a previous RU main he is known in both RU and US, and overall i've never had a bad experience with his judgement or anything like that. Definitely staff material which is why I and many others recommended him. +1

I've thought about this for a while about if I should even comment on this, and I feel the need too. Larry, you have to be one of the most understanding and and most approachable officer on the sever at the moment, you always just seeming to have a hand of leadership and taking control of situations would make you a fine pick for staff.

I do not play MRP, but the many TS interactions and multiple DRP interactions make me, without a doubt, support your staff position 100%. Always has a cool head, has a straight moral compass, and is a pleasure to play with and talk to. No doubt in my mind he has the rules written on the back of his hand, seeing that he has one warn in over 1100 hours. Outstanding member of the community, and would greatly benefit the staff team.
