I think MRP is just canceled now, 4 people in under 24 hours have been reported for cheating. 

I’m gonna stay neutral on this considering there isn’t as much evidence as there were on others . Highly likely he did but not enough evidence to prove it

The current video by itself is just not enough for me. Don't know what weapon Acer was using nor where Foxx was at in relation to Regret. You can't tell either one of those from the video. If there are any other clips (although I'd assume you'd post them already if that's the case), hoping you update the thread soon.

If you look at my health in the squad chat it goes from 66 to -10. This would make sense as in AEK Headshot does around 80 damage and since I have Prestige with the 5% less damage, it would make sense that an AEK headshot would do around 75-76 damage.

That knowledge helps Acer even more. If he wasn't tap firing, the bullets have a pretty wide spread after the first few shots - especially at a distance (less likely to be the case); if he was tap firing, then it's even more possible depending on where Foxx is standing.

 

We can assume where Acer is, but we still don't see where Foxx is. This clip alone isn't enough evidence.
