How do you plan on benefiting our server? I'll try not to regurgitate my previous application even though the sentiment is shared. I've played this server for a looong time and have dealt with the ebs and flows. The people, the rules, the gameplay. etc. have all gone through vast changes since I joined. Life experience has enabled me to handle change with ease and grace. I consider myself to be very adaptable, capable of handling the vast range of personalities a GMod server has to offer.  Handling each situation as its' own is important when it comes to staffing. I'm a very partial person, who avoids making blanket statements and allowing bias to cloud my judgement. You can look back at my history for examples of me defending those I'm not close with and opposing those I am close with. I'm looking to bring my confident decision-making to the staff team. There are times where I have seen hesitation in making decisions due to fear of community backlash and perception. Now I'm not saying I'm going to be brash. Each decision will be made meticulously and justifiably. I'm not afraid to challenge the status quo or anyone for that matter, as long as I have the relevant points and facts. I'm not too prideful to admit when I am wrong and will own up to any mistakes I make.

Another point I want to make is that I am not going to limit myself to being a sit bot. Too many people fall into complacency with just getting on, doing a few sits a day, and then going about their business. I acknowledge that handling sits is at the core of what it means to be staff and it's fine if people choose to take that approach. However, those people are setting their ceiling at being Head-Mod in my opinion. Staff, and veterans alike, should be setting examples for other players and striving to make the community a better place. This can take the form of suggestions, RP, training base factions, training staff, handling reports, clarifying rules, connecting/relating to players (new and old alike), and the list goes on. I'm looking to bring my critical thinking and experience to improve upon an already strong staff team.

Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? Yes, I've been permanently banned from Garnet Gaming for hacking.

Have you made any previous applications: Yes, back in the Fall of 2018 which was accepted. There was one previous to that as well. Received good reviews but I was asked to broaden my horizons first.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: Covid-19 Era: 4-6 hours daily. Normal conditions: 2ish hours daily

The amount of time you may be able to dedicated might dissuade some others, But honestly, I think it's alright to start with as a T.Mod.
And that hacking ban is also kind of a yikes.
And as Garnet said on my Staff app, People can hold bans against you.

BUT.....

You've reformed.
And not like tyler1 pseudo reformation, No you've actually reformed.
You always keep your cool in OOC, and I don't think I've seen staff tell you that you need to shush up in OOC, Apart from maybe Vega, but that was an RP reason.

I’d like to further elaborate. Those hours are server time. I touched on it in my 2nd paragraph, but Staff can and should do so much more than churn out sits. I’m often in TS and browsing the forums even when I’m not on. I’m engaging with the community in other ways but I didn’t want to inflate the numbers outside of server time.

This may turn some people away due to how recent the ban wipe was and what time period that you were hacking. But if it were up to me I would easily allow you into the staff team. Ever since your return you have shown mass maturity and leadership towards everyone on the server and I think you are a perfect example of what MRP should be looking for when it comes to staff members. Overall you've been an amazing person to be around and a supportive person that is in the community, Warranting a +1 from me. Good luck boss man

He came back stronger than every. Ozzy is a staple for the phrase "people can change". He was given a second chance and used it positively, both in improving his character and the server. Ozzy is always participating in server discussion and helping those that play on the server. Never toxic in OOC or in character, and is a pleasure to be around.
