DENIED Unfortunately, after deliberation with the Myself, I have decided to deny your Staff Application. This decision was made in part due to the following reasons: You didn't read the staff rules To many -1's Play for more time to bring your reputation back     Thank you for the time and effort you put into your application. You may reapply in 2 weeks.

Neutral 😕 to be honest, i haven't had bad interactions with you personally, but due to things I've seen and heard I'm hesitant to endorse you rejoining staff. that being said, I'm not outright opposed otherwise I'd have put -1 I think maybe try to show you've changed and are not the same person that people seem to remember you as (the bad parts at least) All in all, i hope that you get a chance at some point just probably not right now

I would like to say it does not say I would skip training or that I would want to, it would be a good refresher. Its direct words was very little training, meaning I wouldn't need someone to hold my hand through training and explain what every single command does. For the paragraphs I was just trying to be straightforward with them, and not add a whole bunch of nonsense. I feel like I've gotten right back into the thing of things with the community, I've had fun interactions with loads of people and not just people who were staff when I was

-1 First off I'd like to say that antisemitism ban was a decision me and carrot made together. you were a former manager who was spawning swastikas, that ban was justified to think it could have been a slap on the wrist is crazy(if my memory servers me right you thought there was nothing wrong with what you did before you were banned.) You also are barley on and are just coming back, before making this staff app you should've gotten familiarized with the community again and let them get to know you. I've seen you the few times in game and you haven't been on your best behavior, but that doesn't mean you cant get better. The biggest thing I'm reading this application and you just through it together without re reading anything. Your paragraphs lack strength and feel very basic. You say you are ready to hit the ground running and I just don't believe that you are quite there at this point in time a re training is a must no exceptions, to skip training is unfair to everyone else. 

-1  im for creative basing but this is just going to become a black box eye sore in front of spawn, leave that too indust and truck stop.
