The reason why I was banned according to Chase (He is not at fault) was RDM and NLR. It all started a couple hours earlier when I was going around recruiting members for the Gambino Crime Family. I had just successfully recruited 3 members and was saying goodbye to my good friend disconnect before he went afk to have his dinner. Then while I at spawn I got a PM by this guy called doc asking to join my group after seeing my sign. (the sign said "kos all reasons, might chase, PM dove to join the Gambino) I then took a look at his stats on the scoreboard to see he was a brand new level 4 citizen and decided to take him under my wing. After that I sent him a PM that said to meet me at spawn. He was able to find me after a while and he was able to join my group. I then lend him down to my base in the sewers where I gave him the password and full permission to build anything he wanted. Afterwards I gave him an AK-47 and started on my meth stove and knifed him a bit because you can't damage teammates just for fun. Then when I went back to check my meth he left the group and sent be right back to spawn with the AK-47 I gave him. After seeing this his friend sallad adverted a raid as a custom class and started to break in. I then went back into my base and shot them all for this offense and get put into an admin shoot with chase. (note: I do realize that I shouldn't have done this but just keep reading) Doc then proceeds to claim that I shot him first and that killing me was self defense. I went ahead and told chase that he abused how the party system to kill me but chase didn't really seem to care. (which makes sense) After that I get called into another sit by sallad before being sent back to the sit with Chase and along with me Sallad. After this Sallad (the same guy that tried to enter staff in May) protected his friend doc and with no way to defend myself I got banned for 4 days. Now I am not writing this essay to get but ban appealed but just to raise attention to these scumbags in our community and that we need better ways to deal with them if our sever wants to grow even more. So if you are reading this I am begging you to please just RP and don't be that one dick that throws nerve gas into a shop full of newbies. Instead I believe that the ban should be shorter because 4 days is too harsh for an offense like this in my opinion.

Why should we choose you over other applicants? I think you should choose me since I've already had 2 past staff experiences on Garnet, and plenty on others. I also have skills I've acquired outside of Gmod, like listening to instruction (from the Military).I've also gained some good traits that i think will help me, to start off i'm a patient sorta guy (Listening to Buddha yell 24/7 should be a sport.) I'd also like to think of myself as 'funny' and I have generally good reputation on server. I've already been trained 2 other times by 2 other staff, I've gotten an extremely good grasp of the rules and I've learned from some mistakes I've made from all of my collective staff experience. I've still got some more generic stuff to get out of the way so let me do it now. I can handle sits fast with a high efficiency, I can handle a group of minges, and i'm good under pressure. I also try to be funny in my sits so people keep playing after being warned or jailed. When I'm looking for sits, I usually get them done as fast and as clean as possible, and i take my time with complicated reports. Now that the generic stuff is done, i can get into what i'll bring to the staff team. I can bring my expertise into the staff team and i can bring my totally good jokes (and good looks) into the staff team. Going onto other subjects like my schedule, i can usually get an average of 3 hours in, on week ends i can get 4-6 hours. There may be some times where i cannot even get on, but those are usually mid week when the server is less active. I'm more active at night since that's when i'm allowed to get on, and if i do miss an entire day, I try to make it up the next day. I know i might be coming back too soon after my resignation, but due to several peer pressures I've made this application *Cough National and Buddha *Cough. And if it helps i'm also multilingual, English, French, and a tiny bit of German. I have plans to go into every division when i can, like GM, HR, and Operators. I also tend to talk with staff if they make a mistake, or if i would've handled it different. I'm straightforward, and i'll tell you, you did something wrong if i find out. I don't tend to hold grudges or get mad, since it is just a game. I also have a fairly creative mind when it comes to GM events. to end this application off, i'd like to add another few things, I'm a lenient person, I try to always do the right thing when it comes to punishment, and if a player had clearly mistaken a rule, or broke a rule on accident I usually ask the reporter to choose between punishments. Denied The ban was valid. You were killed multiple times in a raid which the 3 minute timer does not apply. When raiding/getting raided you can not come back to the same spot until that raid is over. You admitted to coming back because you had thought the raid was over but though you had came back multiple times. For buddha noclipping into your base, muting you, or even freezing you there is no valid evidence of it so it will be proceed as false information.

I have screenshots of all damage logs and the ban was completely valid. @eXg IPL4YG4MES was there to decide the punishment and we both confirmed that a NITRP ban was the appropriate punishment. I have screenshots of all damage logs, proving he was killed, then went back and killed two players before the 3 minute timer was up, or the raid was called over. You should think about what you're about to do in-game next time man.

So first you broke NLR and you admitted to it, and in the process even said you went into the base while sallad was raiding and shot "all" of them. Which means more than just one obviously, so it is very clear you broke those rules. I do not really think being unbanned is the right thing to do for you... Even though that abuse of the party system was bad and he should've been punished if it had happened, you still shouldn't have broken those rules.

I agree with this suggestion 100%. Vehicles would make the entire roleplay aspect a lot better and it would help with getting around the map considering it is a pretty large map and it does take time to get from one side to the other. +1

I did remember of garnet saying that the server will get an upgrade and did state it is possible for vehicles to make a return so I say yes to this post. I believe to new map is very big and could be easier to get around as well as introducing new players you the server. +1

I talk to him on team speak from time to time and he a pretty cool guy, not really that toxic of my experience. I love to see people who never staffed before to have a chance and an experience of being staff that I had over a year ago. That going to be a +1 from me!

I've been in the same ts channel with this guy for the past couple weeks and seems like a really nice person, very mature, and overall just a good person. Obviously you have a lot of play time on the server and I expect you can pick up on staffing pretty quickly. +1

Beginning of Log-50 We captured a lone Green Beret soldier at Toxic Crater. He confirmed our assumption that he's in the Green Beret, told us that he's a SGT of the role Breacher (signified by weaponry and uniform), and that he was training with Major Flak of the Green Beret. He told us that a Breacher's main weapon is the M3 Super 90 and the sidearm is the Colt M1911, and that his name is Luke. After this, we took him back to where we captured him to look for this Major Flak he told us about, who we did find (at least it was a Green Beret, may not have been Major Flak), who told us that the GB we captured is actually First Lieutenant John. When we asked the captured GB about this, he at first said the other GB was lying, then eventually admitted to being First Lieutenant John. We then ransomed the captured GB to the other GB for $2,000 and returned to base. End of Log-50
