I have had experience on the staff team before which is very helpful as I have already learned lessons on staffing to help improve my work and efficiency. One lesson I learned from my first time as staff was to not burn myself out that caused me to miss my sit quota and lead to my removal. During my second time I learned to deal with situations outside of just sits, both of my times as staff have helped me learn how to do my job as staff effectively. I always put the community and others first when it comes to decisions I make on the server, I just enjoy helping others. I have kept coming back to the server and the staff team for the same reason of providing the same experience to as others as I had myself as a new player. When I first joined there was a helpful active staff team that always helped out those experiences were the reason I wanted to join the staff as those were people I used to look up to when I first joined staff. Now I want to pass that experience on to other players so that they have an experience like I did, I want to make sure that people have a good time and stay around on the server. I plan to help the server by being a friendly, helpful, and active staff member to provide a great experience to players new and old. While on staff I was also a part of the HR division helping with new staff members making sure they got trained and to help make sure they know what to do on the staff team. Description: I suggest a Clock based on the timezone the server is running on. It would be at the top right of all players screen displaying the time. The time displayed would not representative the players actual time but the servers time as that allows screenshots and videos to be more accurate. Reasoning: This would benefit the server allowing screenshots to have more evidence pertaining to their issue. From our current position screenshots can be taken whenever and uploaded whenever, There is no time stamp that a player can show us proving that what happened in the screenshot happening at a recent time. For example, A player could take a screenshot hours ago but only report it later trying to get the other player banned. Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I have past experience as staff on GG, I used to be a Lead Admin back in 2017-2018 on dark-roleplay and I was given manager position on the first beta release of SWRP back in 2018. I held my staffing position with Dark-Roleplay for awhile, until I had eventually resigned and left the gaming community all together. Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs] I believe everyone's got their fair chance to staff, I don't believe I should be chosen over anyone else. However, I do believe with my past experience and overall knowledge of the GarnetGaming community, I have a little more to offer then most applicants who haven't staffed or who are still very new to this community. I've got BOTH staff and server rules memorized for the most part, rules have changed in small ways since 2017 obviously, but I've got an understanding to all new/updated rules. I'm an active player, and I work the overnight shift, which gives me more time during the day to be allowed to staff on duty and take care of the server when there's a bigger player-base on. However, I'm on all the time at night and or after work and there's usually never staff on or there's little to none. +1 I like you. You learned from your previous mistakes and made the best out of them. From what i see in your paragraph you want the server to be more friendly to newer players and keep them around which is always good. As a word of the wise however, you should beef up your paragraphs a little bit, to me they feel a bit weak and not as representative of you as they can be.

I got some left over credits and in reality have nothing to spend them on so figured I'd give back. The quiz is an unnecessary thing on the server giving people whitelists for free and those people most the time end up rdm'ing because they have no idea what the rules are making the server overall worse because people wouldnt wan to play because they keep getting rdmed and it is waisting staff members time because most the time they have to ban and warn those people who keep rdming after several verbal warnings Getting rid of the quiz just makes the server overall less toxic because those people who only do the quiz end up being really toxic and end up getting banned. Since there are so many bans being handed out staff has to go on sit after sit after sit wasting their valuable time on garnet gaming. Sometimes there arent staff able to ban online when someone continues to rdm so when they jail the person who is rdming that person just switches classes so the staff has to continue to teleport them for a long time ruining the garnet gaming experience. Just 10 minutes before i posted this topic there were 3 rdmers online who used the quiz for whitelists(you could tell because they only had a soldier class and not corpsman/support) which were on while no staff were able to ban so stork had to continuously teleport them because the kept switching classes to get out of the jail making stork have to manage 3 people at the same time while no other staff were online but those rdmers ended up leaving the server after a long chain of them getting teleported. Also those people who rdm with quiz whitelists make the base factions look really crappy and toxic.

Description: Do not quote me on this, but I might have just figured out a way to introduce skins to weapons on CW2.0 (as an attachment). This led me to think, well, Prestiging doesn't have too much of a use currently, what if prestige 1&5 would introduce new skins to some weapons? I would have to think of an optimal way to introduce this change, seeing as I don't want to have to re-texturize hundreds of skins, so I may just allow for you to have say, a golden AR15/AK47 variants and call it a day.
