[minimum 2 paragraphs] I'm a pretty straight talking guy, I try to just be honest and give my opinion on most situations. I Believe as Staff I will be helpful as I always look to keep to Rules as much as possible and I plan to take as many sits as I can and keep to the book as much as possible . My main goal as MRP staff will be to basically just keep the server as enjoyable as possible for players and to keep new players informed on the server rules. Being a Relatively New member of this Community makes me a fresh face and I look to try and help where I can but as staff I believe I will be able to help on MRP a great deal more. I recently have noticed that most players on GG MRP have a neutral opinion of me which I believe would make me a useful member of GGMRP Staff as I plan to act fairly and accordingly. I always attempt to give a reason for my actions and never make a decision without thought and I will look to explain to players in sits the reason why they are there and why they may or may not be punished. In conclusion I believe I will benefit GG MRP as I will be an honest and diligent staff member who is believes in the punishment meeting the Break of Rules. Have you ever been banned or punished on GG MRP? Yes only the single Warn for basecamp -- I hit someone out of render and didn't realise he was in base(just inside gate). [minimum 2 paragraphs] What i plan to do as staff is to help as much as i can with minges/trolls and in general try to make a better community for the server , i see a lot of toxicity this past few weeks i would do my best to make sure that the toxicity around the server at all times will be as little as i can make it to be. i am on from the early hours of the day until late night hours and on that times when there is low players on there is a lot or RDM and people who are being toxic/racist and there is nothing i can do to deal with it beside talking to them. i will also make sure that new players will have a fun time when they are playing the server as of right now there is too much toxicity and because of it the result is that not many new players stick around.as staff i will make sure that the toxicity will not be tolarated and i will do my best to make sure it will stay at the minimum, all i have been playing this server for 8 months now and i enjoy it as staff i just want to make sure other people are enjoying it as much as i do. i know that in my past i was a little bit toxic and not as much active as i am now, but as of this past few weeks i have been trying my best to improve myself and be more involved with army and make sure that even if there is no army officers/GB officers i am here to help as much as i can. all i want is a chance to prove that i can be a good staff member i know that i have zero experience but i believe that i am capable to be a good and committed staff member. All i want to say is that i love the server and this community i have been making friends and i am having a lot of fun here and i don't plan to leave anytime soon and as i said i am looking for a chance to be a staff member only to help as much as i can to the server, as of now i believe that i am helping but i want to do more and help as much as i can to keep the server fun and friendly for all players. and like i said i am on everyday all day so in that way i will be able so help during all the day if there is any need for it. I have noticed your somewhat toxic past and I've also noticed you've been trying to better yourself. I also want to say since he is on also pretty early and late, he is always a huge help when there aren't much people to keep 11 Bravo in line. He's been an amazing support and continues to improve. Personally, I don't see the /roll working well on MRP. With SWRP and other roll-based servers, like HL2 RP, usually you have a small community that's there to solely roleplay. GG MRP works best with light roleplay elements, and a focus on combat and pvp. GGMRP doesn't function like that, we have a lot of newer players who's sole desire is to click on heads and participate in combat. The style of RP on this server should be up to player actions, not a dice role. Worth mentioning that a lot of players would just spam the hell out of it whether to troll or to do completly mundane things. I get where you're coming from, but I don't think MRP is ready for something like this. -1

Denied I know there is exclusively +1's on this application, but I need to go against the grain here. Just considering how your last staff run ended, I'd like to see you around as an active player for a little longer before giving you a rank again. If you reapply with a good app in a week or two with referrals and +1's, I would likely accept the application as long as you are active.

+1 I've always had good experiences with this guy in game. Never I had any problem with Tony, he's a pretty chill dude to be around in game, I think this guy would be a great addition to the staff team.

+1. Amazing experiences with him, he is very friendly towards the community and is always helping people get on their feet. I've never had any issues with him that I can recall. Plus I have no current complaints about his app.

I honestly would like to see a change in the MRP war system and have it been ran like a GM system like SWRP rather than the war on/off because it gets repetitive and boring after a while.
