Unfortunately I cant go back in time and stop that. Only thing I can do now is move forward from this and have learned from my mistake. It has been a year since the ban and I know something like that wont happen again. I miss the community to much to not be apart of it and I miss working on projects and setting up missions and operations and small events. I believe that I can bring that back and make sure the community always has something to do on the server. I worked really hard in the past on making AFSOC a fully functioning faction and spent countless hours and nights working on docs and tryouts, sadly the event server is no longer and most of the ideas I had for AFSOC wont happen but I am beyond happy that AFSOC survived the change of 3 leaders and still became a faction. I want to make sure all those amazing experiences that I had on the server continue for all the new players come in. If my ban is removed I will work just as hard as I did before to help bring content and new ideas for the server. I would love feedback from the community on this matter and would be thrilled if you guys accept me back into the community. Thank yall for the time. Cheers

I disagree. Situations like this should be taken case by case, the whole idea of precedents are stupid, all they do is allow people to use the overused argument of “Well this guy did the same thing and he is still banned”. Ever wonder why the Justice System has a range of Jail time for a crime, why they release on early probation? Because they know that every situation is different and all don’t merit the same punishment. The dude has already been banned for 1 year, I say it’s time to let him out on early probation.

+1 I was the one who banned Blooms when I was Manager and I still have the proof of his cheats, I’m in class rn but when I get home in the afternoon i’ll try and upload it if my computer cooperates today. The reason I am advocating for his unban is because Blooms was probably the most wholesome, nice and charismatic dude I have met in this community which made me very upset when I caught him cheating. If anyone deserves a second chance it would be this dude. Blooms rose up fast though the server because of his personality and gained a position in the early stages of AFSOC because of it. This made him feel like he needed to cheat to compensate for being a fairly newer and less skilled player with such high responsibilities. This is no excuse for his actions more of an insight from his point of view. I know that if he was given a second chance that he will not disappoint, if you need more judge of character then just look at the 3 pages of messages on his goodbye post he has linked in this appeal, almost everyone only has good things to say about his personality and character. I even told him when I banned him that If I was still Manager I would have unbanned him after 6 months. On another note, I really hope my computer cooperates because the way I caught him hacking is the funniest shit ever.

I would like to reiterate that I am in support of his unban. Yes he hacked(albeit for just one day), but I also know that Blooms immediately regretted it and stopped hacking for two weeks before I got this video, found the files on his computer and admitted to it. Not everything is black and white like everyone seems to believe. Even though he hacked I still have a lot of respect for the guy and I know if he is given the chance he won't mess it up again.

-1 I think the precedent this sets is dangerous and ridiculous. Not gonna lie, the impact you had on the server is overblown. I’ve been vocal since I came into the MRP community that Docs and Tryouts are things 90% of the server can do and mean little to nothing. The event server failed. Whether that’s attributed to your ban, Shrimps leaving out of frustration, or what ever else, it failed. AFSOC has very little impact on the server. They basically serve as aerial taxi’s when requested and are sometimes involved in the seldom thought out operation/event. I don’t know you as a person but I’ve heard you’re chill and a good dude. That’s great but neither is a reason to unban someone for cheating, something that has literally never happened outside of ban wipes. +1 Cheating once and regretting it ever since, and basically excluded from the community permanently from 1 bad decision, is too harsh imo. Its clear from everyones comments that you were a positive member of the community, and weren't a troublemaker, who just made that dumb decision. For that reason I think you should be unbanned. It doesn't make sense for you to remain evicted from a community for life for doing less than others who have been allowed back into the community. Worth mentioning a cheating ban is a community ban, so he can't play the other servers or join the Teamspeak without being instantly banned or having 'ban evasion' added to his ban reason

+1 Blooms easily has to be one of the kindest guys I have ever met on the server. To my knowledge I don't believe I have ever put down a +1 to an unban appeal for somebody who cheated, but I believe that blooms is a very different case. I was in Aidan's GB when him and I met blooms, and to reiterate what Aidan commented, I was very disappointed when blooms was banned, but I always believed that an unban for blooms was warranted after a long period of wait. Blooms is very different from a LOT of people who have submitted an unban appeal for cheating in the past, and that is simply because of his character. Blooms easily has the most positive and wholesome character out of everyone I have ever met on MRP, nothing about this guy screams suspicious or malicious. Again, to reiterate Aidan's comment, I can understand blooms' perspective of why he would feel the need to cheat. Blooms may have Dr. DisRespected one short time, but I would not be worried in the slightest about him committing something like this again if he were to be unbanned, and I would NEVER say something like this normally about a banned cheater. I know I may sound hypocritical as someone that has barely any sympathies for cheaters, but if the former manager who actually banned the guy believes 100% that he deserves a second chance, that speaks volumes.

I've said my piece, but I feel this is relevant to the appeal: The last time a ban wipe was discussed, Garnet said it would be the last one, at least for MRP. (This could change, but unlikely) There's no point in saying "wait for a ban wipe", when one won't happen. As he preferred people to make an appeal rather than mass-unbanning idiots. Bans appeals should be case-by-case basis. You aren't compelled nor should you be to follow some else's decision on someone else's appeal. This alone ^ from the banning staff. @ElCompadre So this screenshot actually doesn't prove anything, because If @boop_xyz bought credits for @darronng1, then the transaction will show on Mistic's side, not Boop's. So that screenshot won't really show anything. The transaction from that screenshot that says "10 Credits 2021-05-01" could possibly be Mistic's credits and Boop probably accidentally got it for himself. But if he bought credits for another player, then it will show on the Receivers end, not the buyers (On the Garnet Store Page). The thing that confuses me is that @boop_xyz said had the exact time and on his screenshot: https://postimg.cc/JszwT6sw and makes it seem like this is just a Server Side Issue. I do think it is kind've dumb how boop "deleted the email," as that is our main way of tracking Transactions from the web store. The only other way is to contact @Garnet, as I believe he should have the emails for all GG Transactions and he should be able to find the deleted email by typing your steamid (STEAM_0:1:74579342). This is because every time I traded with someone, I have to input their id to give them credits. For example, I made a trade with @ajbedhead and in the email it shows: This should not be a Staff Report, but more of a Donation Support Ticket. -1. Same type of "aw noo not this cool guy that got banned, cmon give him another chance :(" situation. Precedent stands and in this situation I don't think it should be ignored. Guy was in a high-profile position, cheated since he was going away (blatantly at that), and not to mention his contributions at the time essentially become useless as he tarnished any reputation AFSOC had at the time since he was essentially the face of it since he was most active. Also I don't believe it was true that you were only cheating for one day, I heard people complaining about you for days.

+1 Just for this reason. Yes, blooms cheated which warrants for a permanent ban, but I don't feel like a permanent ban really fits this situation. Obviously, cheating for a day is pretty bad, but with how remorseful blooms really seems in his appeal and goodbye post, the fact that he only cheated for a day in a not-super harmful manner, along with the fact that he's already been banned for a year, I see no reason for him to remain banned. He's clearly learned his lesson and I feel that the community will definitely benefit from him being unbanned.

If this is the case I do not see the issue with him being unbanned from other GG related servers and platforms, I will +1 the unbanning of bloom from other GG related servers. He cheated on the MRP and unless he ban evaded he shouldn't of been community banned from every other platform unless evidence of him cheating on those servers surface aswell. That said once/if he is unbanned from the other servers he should attempt to improve his reputation with others and convince people that he can abstain himself from cheating & than finally should he make his appeal. I haven't seen Blooms presence anywhere else in the community since his ban and therefore I will -1 for the time being. Coming from someone who most certainly does believe in second chances just because he was a kind soul before and maybe slightly after the ban doesn't mean their ban should be void in any manner. He cheated not only as someone who was new and didn't build up a reputation in the community but someone who gained the trust of others and was fully aware of the rules and the consequences of said rules. You were a veteran and you cheated its as simple as that. TL:DR - Wait it out for the next ban wipe and/or improve your presence in the community and show more people from all over the community that you deserve a second chance. P.S - For the management considering this appeal please understand the precedent that you will finally be setting & accepting if you should accept this appeal. This wouldn't only affect the MRP server but the community as a whole.

About a year ago I uploaded my junior season highlights to the forums so i decided to do it with my senior season highlights. This season was played in the spring and we only had 7 games due to covid but this shit go dummy. Also, I don't know if this affects anything but aren't bans supposed to be within 30 days because when you got banned it was a literal year ago. Denied After reviewing the proof as well, and the fact you basically admit to it in your appeal, I am denying this. If an admin reconnects you once, let alone multiple times, after telling you something is wrong, because you are breaking a very basic rule, you should listen to them. Not only that, compadre was actually incredibly nice, despite all the shit you were saying to him. He could have banned you for NITRP after the first time you were reconnected and you came back and did the same shit. You even knew it was wrong, as at one point you switch to hobo, only to switch back to cyber thief again later on. You will not be unbanned. El Compadre didn't just do his job right, he went above and beyond, and was incredibly nice throughout it.

+1 Care is a very respectful and mature person, to -1 his application solely because his application is lackluster is not a good idea. He's had his minimal paragraphs and his information is down to the point and simple, I've seen other applications with less information than this one that are still good. Other than that, Care has a decent activity and is on at least a few times within the week, he's also got a good involvement within the server despite not talking with RU. Careless is just a man of few words, which in my opinion would make him a better staff member. Good luck!

-1, I really don’t think allowing cheaters to be unbanned is a good precedent to have set. The only way I could really see you being unbanned is maybe chilling out in the other Garnet servers and re make a name for yourself that doesn’t have the label Cheater on it. Chill in TS, all that and maybe one day you’ll be unbanned. I’m sure you were fun to have around but all that hard work in AFSOC means nothing when there was cheating throughout it.

Not saying that it isn't possible, but I have a hard time believing someone who just had purchased something with no guarantee that it went through would decide to delete an email and than redirect himself to the trash folder and permanently delete it. Like I said maybe it happened but that was a really stupid decision if so.

Habibi, I must tell you the flaw in your logic. Yesterday my friend, we (@Papiraqi and Islamic associates) created the church of Islam. We relocated to corners of the map where there would be no infidel casualties. After members of the Islam came by and prayed, we (in Islamic fashion) committed haram and suicide bombed. I did not RDM random players, and was not reported by anybody, being that all haram members showed up on their own accord. Your ban happened long after my disconnection, and you seem to be manipulating people into thinking I made it seem like it was okay for you to RDM players alongside me outside of the church of Islam. Long live the church of islam EDIT: because Allah is great, I have unbanned you because the circumstances were somewhat questionable.

+1 Mature player, always trying to help newer players finding their place around the server. Has recently been doing a lot to actually get new players up to speed with several trainings and is quite a good SNCO within the US side. It doesn't look like you've been to careful. It was pretty late I believe, but you did kill Unloop twice and then Sparta04 which led on to more (albeit unlawful killings) between you and sparta04. The reason that you are not present in this sit is because you left. Whether it was indeed to avoid punishment or because you got off since it was late. I'm not sure. But you did commit MRDM. +1 If a member who was decently constructive in there time on the server and wants to come back but is permanently banned, and the community is willing; they should however: The important thing to remember is they are not accustomed to the same ban threshold as other members; since they were validly banned before and are unbanned for a reason other than the ban being false. I think you fit this. You did a lot to help out (so I've been told), had a lapse in judgement, hopefully people can view that and you have an opportunity to display that on server. For those who don't know he's reposting because his appeal was prematurely handled. Not by a fault of his own. +1 theres my big fat +1 for people who don't believe in second chances clearly has a good intention and is sorry for cheating, the other +1's also explain why and I agree with them, I'm not going to write my own paragraph about it though as its already stated plenty of times as to why he should be unbanned, this doesn't even really matter though, jake is probably going to deny it
