[minimum 2 paragraphs] I plan on benefiting the staff team by being by being as active as possible, I spend at least 5-6 hours a weekday and 7-8 on weekends just playing on the server, sitting in TeamSpeak. I believe that my flexibility and my activity is what I can give most to the staff team. Although I am relatively new to the server starting back in early November, I have been able to understand the responsibility of being a staff member and I believe I can fulfill that responsibility fully. I have been able to make relationships with a majority of the current staff and a lot of the community as well. My first few days on the server I was able to join my current faction that I have been solely dedicated to, TSFU, and have been able to make it to the rank of 2LT in a short amount of time, throughout this period I have shown that I am able to handle responsibility, and that I am dedicated to the server. During the weekends I tend to get on relatively early when the server pop is low, I try my best to train any recruits that join or make a fun environment for the enlisted Tali to enjoy, such as maybe hosting a sim or creating a small RP event within the Tali. I feel that I could also use that time to take sits or protect the server from minges and people that have no intent to play. In my time on the server, I have come to love the community but at times whether it be late at night or early in the morning there have been people who just want to minge and ruin everyone's enjoyment without their being a staff on to prevent it. [minimum 2 paragraphs]: To get things started I would like to go over my previous experience as staff here on MRP and why I made the choice to come back to the server and be staff again since it might surprise you that I would want to be staff again. So this great journey all started about 3 years ago when I became staff for the first time I was a very unlikely candidate at the time I was 14 and had to get Gildart's permission to apply and got heavy -1s but got accepted, that was what got me hooked. Starting out I enjoyed doing sits and taking reports that was my experience first time around and enjoyed it, my second time on staff was when I got my toes in the water with Division work finally training my first T.Mod while in HR but was cut short due to my summer job at a camp. Finally there is the most recent time around on staff which was when I truly learned the administrative aspect of the staff team, this was when I got to be an HR Supervisor and got to work on larger projects rather than just taking sits like years ago, I even helped to make the staff training doc which will be used if I get accepted. Now that we have looked at my experience lets look at why I should be accepted and how I plan on benefiting the server. To start things out I have a passion of giving back to others this is something I do both in real life and on Garnet, I work as a teacher at a summer camp over my summers to give others the great experience I had as a kid and plan to do the same on Garnet. Through out my time on the server I have had a great number of people who have made my experience amazing on here and kept me playing and I hope to be that person to the new players of Garnet today. I also have the experience of staffing as stated earlier I have grasped many of the skills that a good staffer needs over my time on the server working my way up through the ranks having worked everything up to Admin. Though out of all of these things the most important thing that I have that would benefit the server is a love for the server there is something about it that keeps bringing me back all these years and I want to keep that alive for as long as possible and provide that to others. When coming back to the server a few months ago for a fun evening I never had a plan to become staff again but there is something about it that seems to keep pulling me back in and to give back to the server. There are two reasons why I should be picked over other applicants. First, I have a lot of experience in conflict resolution. Almost all the jobs I had growing up put me in positions where I had to de-escalate a situation between the company I worked for and it's customers. Trying to calm down the customer and finding a middle ground where both parties could agree upon. Dealing with certain mannered customers everyday taught me a lot on how to keep an interaction positive and productive. Yes, in fact propblocking spawn is one of the only bans you can do without warning someone beforehand, as it is generally a very outwardly mingy thing. One of the first hobo rules you will see is to not make toll booths anyways, if you took 5 minutes to read the rules, none of this would of happened. You literally admit to hopping on to your brothers account here, so yes. That is ban evasion. Read the rules next time. This is a permanent ban offense. Make stupid decisions, get stupid punishments.

You clearly haven't flown it then. Flying the only available attack helicopter atm, I think the MI-28, is a challenge all in its own without having to keep it steady for your gunner and avoid enemy rockets and grenade launchers

What's up Ace! Good luck with the appeal buddy. Just want to put my 2 cents in on your appeal Ace joined the MRP server at a pretty young age. I'm sure some of you know him. He did pretty good rising the enlisted ranks in Army, passed DS tryouts and other Army tryouts. He got banned almost a year ago permanently for accumulating 3 bans. I feel he should be given a second chance on the server being how young he was and didn't understand the server rules. Some of us players did our best teaching him the right way but as a kid its hard to understand how much routine we follow on the MRP server. Some of you might think he shouldn't have been playing the server but he's a kid and wanted to have fun just like the rest of us. He shows interest in the military life, which I'm sure a lot of others do on the server as well. The NITRP bans he's accumulated didn't actually mean he has No intent to RP. He was never a troll, he did enjoy the server. He would get the bans due to how many warns he's received. The LTAP ban he received I'm sure wasn't really LTAP being he didn't understand what LTAP even was. Some of his warns were from other players bullying him about his age and his voice and as a kid that's upsetting. He now understands those situations should be handled differently instead of just killing people that mess with him. He's never been banned for normal troll things like MRDM and such. This kid has had no wrong intentions on this server and I feel it's 100% fair to give him another chance being he's getting older and he understands what he's done wrong in the past couple of years on MRP. Here's a little clip of him actually wanting to succeed in the server (practicing for Green Beret tryouts) and just having a good time like the rest of us. +1

I have always alerted a staff member when I notice someone breaking the rules and/or ruining the playing experience for other people. I also understand the importance of having active staff members, as I have experienced many instances of mass rdm/mic spamming/general chaos when there are no staff members online. I am prepared to spend extra time on the server while other staff members are not online to ensure no rules are broken and the players can enjoy the game.How much time will you be contributing to this role? I am currently only working ~20 hours a week, so I have a decent amount of free time. I want to play at least 3-4 hours a day, but will most will possibly play more than that depending on my schedule.

The attack heli isn’t the hardest thing to use I’ve been copilot and used the weapons on it literally wouldn’t be fun to have 2 attack helis or more in war raining down
