[minimum 2 paragraphs] I think I should be given another chance to become staff since I do want to become staff quite bad considering that I have made a few applications in the past. I would also say that I have a good handle on the rules and I do follow most of them more often than others. I have been here long enough to know what's going on and what people need when it comes to sits being done to appease to the likes of both parties. Though it may be an irrelevant point, I would like to state that considering my record is dirtier than the gum on the bottom of a shoe, I say I should be given a fair shot at this since a certain unnamed mod was accepted recently with a record like mine (I'm not saying they should be demoted or anything. I'm just stating that to help my case. I wish not to see the person be punished since they deserve the role as much as me). I'm also a very generous person to most. I like to make sure people get minimal punishment if they are deemed necessary for something that kindness. I would usually give harsher punishments to higher levels because I personally think that they should know the rules better than someone that's like a level 6 or a level 10. Though some may disagree with that, I believe that it's a little unethical to be biased to someone I'm a little more unfamiliar with. There will be a few cases that I will punish a lower level harshly if it's obvious that they do know what they are doing. I would like to add that I want to make a better name for myself and for the server by ensuring that it's a safe play space for others. I know that I may be making it a little unsafe at times but I truly think that it's not malicious in anyways. Sometimes things happen and I just don't know or I just don't think before I speak but almost everyone that is idolized says a few wrong things at possible wrong times. This could be a great opportunity for me to atone for anything I have done in the past and do good. Kind of like community service. When it comes to doing sits, I want to be sure that the reporter and reported have options on what could happen. But I will be able to take away options and negotiations given if the circumstances are a more serious. (There may have been times where I was immature or rude in some way in game if you have experienced that and I deeply apologize for that. I know that I'm being a little irrelevant in some of this but it's just my honesty and thoughts that are speaking and I think that my word is as good as others depends on the situation at hand.) I would like to add that though it may have been hypocritical of me in the past, I think that rule breaking is actually not something I enjoy seeing since it will come to bite me ass and I'll end up disliking it. So why break rules myself If I end up disliking when someone else does it to me? Hello Garnet Gaming members, Following a bunch of messages in regards to the current situation, and although I prefer to handle things privately, in the effort of being transparent with you all, I figured it'd be best I make a proper thread to address our current situation, following the departure of Proggy, who held a management role within our community and was a long time member of our community. As of 8/10/2023, Proggy is no longer a part of our community or the overall management team. With that being said, just to clarify he is not banned or prohibited from re-joining our community and there is no bad blood. Proggy made the decision to depart from the community following a discussion about the state of our Rust community, and after 4 years of working together, I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors. He is a fantastic individual who knew how to make those around him feel at ease. Being that many people had asked me about the reason for having made the decision of cutting the ties with Proggy as a member of our Rust roster, the reason is performance and finances. Our Rust community is a very expensive endeavor, and Proggy got delegated the task of their management as of this year - that was meant to be his sole role within the community - and anything more was done at the discretion of his own due to loving our DarkRP server. For full transparency - our goal in mind was to reboot said Rust servers, bring them up to standard, and allow for the purchase of packages within our store, allowing proggy to receive 100% of the profits they generate. Unfortunately this was met with no success (not solely at a fault of his own, but many external factors) - and after months and months of pushing back deadlines of when we will shut down Rust, this past weekend was a boiling point as our Rust servers hit a bottom low and became a COMPLETE liability. Throughout the recent decline of the Rust Community, I reached out to Proggy to renegotiate his terms (to his favor) on several occasions as I felt they were not fair with how much time he insisted on putting into the server; as well as the fact I was not seeing Rust do well and was trying to find ways to provide him a livable wage, but unfortunately these attempts felt very one-sided on my end, and he would either decline or never following through with re-negotiations. To transparently discuss the loss amount, it is north of $20,000. With that being said, no plan was determined for opening another server within a new game to dive into in order to create supplemental income for Proggy at this time, and it didn't seem like something that was worth exploring at the very last moment for either sides of us due to the turmoil. In regards to Rust, as this was a revolving question as well and understandably so since we have hundreds of members there, i'm trying to determine who would be the most experienced person to be hired for the task of managing our Rust community with identical conditions as a one last try type of deal, before closing off Rust entirely. I have had a DOZEN private applications upon Proggy's departure, but unfortunately, and as cheesy as this may sound, i'm currently re-evaluating alot of responsibilities I do and do not want to hold - because besides holding a high degree of a financial responsibility over another individual, I feel like the type of bond I had with Proggy isn't at all replaceable, and things will not feel the same. There are some external factors to this that have made life immensely stressful, consisting of some topics I hadn't brought up publicly, like me and my partner's miscarriage, my recent hospital visits, and at this point of time, going through a drastic change is anything but welcome - but i'll have to figure it out as the owner of this community. Amazing, how you still consistently and efficiently run this huge community after all these years despite the hardships. I'm positive proggy will be missed but just how it previously was Evity and then Proggy stepped up to the plate. I believe it safe to say in the future a trustworthy figure will make it apparent to you that they can get the job done. Best of luck and thanks again for all the work over the like 6-7+ years I don't even know now how long it's been.

All due respect, this is a massive loss and I feel Proggy would have done all that he could to have stayed if it were feasible, knowing how direct yet level-headed he is, I’m sure you’ve had those conversations. There simply won’t be a replacement for him. I appreciate the attempt at damage control but I call a spade is a spade, and this is completely tragic. I do understand that it became non-financially feasible, but you simply won’t find anyone who’ll put 12+ hours a day into Garnet without a wage to pay their food & rent, and anything less comes with compromises which in any case aren’t good. Call me whatever you’d like, but in the place of greatness you’ll have to fill with mediocracy, I saw it coming with Cybers constant power trips which Proggy never did, hence why I got out when I could. There’s still some fantastic people here, but please for your own benefit and that of the server, pick these people wisely and try to reach a compromise with Proggy to objectively reach the best solution. I’ve opened my DM’s again if you’d like to talk one-to-one, no worries if not though.

Though I do not remember doing so, or having any active reports on me, to my information. I have been banned for 3 weeks for the reason of Mass Random Deathmatch as well as Leaving To Avoid Punishment. I was in the temporary Casino at the beach when I left, and I just now got the opportunity to play last night. Unfortunately as stated I have this ban. I would like to know why I was banned if anyone else was on around 10:30 to 12:30 EST on the aforementioned date to explain this to me. I simply would like to know what happened, because to me, I don't remember doing anything too wrong, nor can I come up with a way that I could commit MassRDM after I left. There is though, a possibility that this was caused by my ignorance, and my trust in random people. You can preserve nerve gas if you throw it into a water source, allowing anyone to pick it up again and use it. I did not know though, that it would still qualify as a kill to the person who originally owned the nerve gas; I only realized this after throwing about 40 vials into the beach, as I thought it would be a fun thing for new players to mess around with. Predictably, what they did was just RDM people, falsely attributing the blame on me. Unfortunately due to the fact that the server still believes that I was the one who killed people with the gas, there is no repercussion to the person with poor intent, unlike giving weapons to people who will MassRDM, something that is legal on the server, and is what I would personally see what I was doing qualifies as. Make an event or an option to allow people on to the GM_Flatgrass on top of the map, (or some other large area). Allowing people to build unrestrictedly. This could be an additional VIP ability where they could have the ability to build up there and all could come and check it out. This would promote more to buy VIP, as well as promote creativity within the community. People with this new area could build new experiences and game modes for the server. You could also add a new perk on the donation menu to increase you're prop limit further. TL;DR RP_Tits is terrible for building surfmaps, and you could introduce new ways of obtaining income through donations.
