As far as my background is concerned: while employed within the ambulance service over the course of two years I have responded to thousands of life-threatening emergencies ranging from cardiac arrests, narcotic overdoses, and more. As the program director for a Boy Scout reservation I've developed program activities for young adults/teenagers/pre-teens, organized merit-badge instruction, and coordinated a camp staff team comprised of 30+ adults and teenagers. These are all aspects that have significantly contributed to my leadership and moderation style. I firmly hold the belief that both of these positions have helped me hone skills that are vital for the server moderation team such as critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and genuine care for others' well-being. One further asset I am able to bring to this server is that I am trained in mental health emergencies and have years of experience in dealing with the entire range of emotions from every age imaginable. I always try to remain respectful in my interactions with others, and the few times that incidents have occurred, I solved these issues directly through open-ended communication instead of letting the issues fester and become something completely unnecessary. It is my sincerest belief that eighty percent of problems can be solved through non-partisan communication. Though I recently have been settling down with one/two groups in-game, I have typically based with newer players just because I find the idea of meeting and helping newer players fun (one of my favorite aspects of DarkRP is that you can easily switch between actually playing the game and just having general fun with others). I've had absolutely surreal experiences in the little time I have played on this server an am appreciative of each and every one of those experiences. Though I am involved in a large amount of activities outside of Garry's Mod, I pride myself in regards to my time-management skills, and have plenty of time available to dedicate toward the server, discord, or forum. If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod?: Outside of Garry's Mod I am employed in a rescue ambulance as an EMT and have been licensed/providing patient care for over two years. One of my other hobbies is being involved in Boy Scouts as a youth, and now as an adult I serve in a council-level position; I am the program director for a large Boy Scout camp that serves thousands of youth ranging in ages from eight to twenty-one each year. My involvement in the scouting program has taught me to love aquatic activities like kayaking and white-water rafting, and during the summer season I occasionally volunteer on the Ocoee River in Tennessee as a rafting guide. I am a volunteer for a hospice agency and generally make companionship visits with elderly strangers twice a month. -1 -The paragraphs were not very strongly worded -Did not read the staff rules -Does not follow proper formatting in some areas I am not sure if you know what the role of Staff does, we typically do not hand out money to new players since they start with a decent amount to begin with. I do respect that you would teach someone how to play if they did not know how and answering questions in reports is very helpful. You also stated that you have never been punished but due to your 4 warns I can see that is not correct. I think you can do better if you read some of the applications of those who were accepted to see what they did right. Do not copy them but you can compare the differences.

I'm going to put this out there for advice, you have 4 warns, not that many hours, need to write more than 2 sentences for your paragraphs, you need to read the staff rules more carefully, and you're a bit young honestly. work on your application more carefully next time and good luck in the future. -1 From me

Hello @twixbar, I have actually seen you in-game a couple of times that I can recall, it seems you have not properly filled out your staff application? It might be a good idea to go back and check out this post one more time. I would recommend editing your post one more time to add some more body to your paragraphs, and fix any pesky errors. Once you've completed your edit, let us know so we can re-review it. If you do not make any changes within the next 24 hours though, your application may be automatically denied.

About the Report that I at first claimed then unclaimed, I, aswell as other staff here, when we claim a report it's always set as the reason "RDM" even if it really isn't most times, so I claimed that report and after reading the description of the report, saw that it also included me, and as staff rules say, and I quote: "You may not handle reports directly involving yourself or a member of your party unless there are no other active staff online.", That meaning I coudn't take that report because in the description it said something along the lines of "rdm, the smartass admin gave him a gun and told him to kill me.". I later told @Giygasthat I did admit to telling toby to rdm him with a gun I gave him and got the warn for "Instigation of RDM". About the dj stand incident witht he visible printers, I was just hanging around it and then somebody just placed a prop and I don't know why Gildarts said "time to report gabbox for fail base" even tho the dj stand was gordita's, but when we eventually got into the sit I asked you for a recording because when we have to make punishments we need clips/proof in general, so I coudn't have done anything...

I said i will give you 10k for it and i gave him it and i killed him as he agreed. Then he reported me for rdm when I told him Hey im going to pay you to let me kill you. And then he got me banned. He tried to get me warned for rdm and diss in sit after saying he was a party pooper but the mod shut it down. Im here to get unbanned for the silly reason

The decision to remove your ban and accept your appeal is due, but not limited to, the following: Orion did provide a clip of the logs showing that you did leave a minute afterwards and that you did rdm. But you do bring a valid point, we, a lot of the time, can't punish a person while they're not in game. But when we ban for LTAP it is when they are already in a sit, so although the short time gap between you rdming, and then leaving, anything can happened. For future references Orion, you may save the evidence for the day so if he does come back after the sit is over you may punish him.
