Cars right now can act as an invincible safe space to a player, unless someone else tries continuously ramming the car, and bullet damage to cars will prevent this.
Also there are so many bad drivers on the server, even if you try to avoid them you can end up in a head-on collision with them or they can knock you into a wall/object, and you don't want to total your car because of someone else's driving.
If we increased the health of cars as well, potentially could open up opportunities for financial punishment for destroyed vehicles more easily, as players won't necessarily feel as harshly punished for it as they would with the current cars durability.

Reasoning: its very hard to drive.
When I'm trying to drive carefully I turn on Cruise Control ("B" for me, check VCMod settings in-game with C menu), and don't go flat out, if the car I'm using is a fast one.
Personally I'm fine with the driving mechanics as they are. You get punished for turning the wheel when going flat out, which shouldn't be a surprise to people considering that's what cars are like and you're using WASD instead of a controller/wheel.
The only times I get annoyed at 'the server' when driving is if there's some lag, and that's not the VCMod mechanics that's just my connection typically.

I hear but in 10 months you all ready paid for Perma in that since once you pay for it after words it over pay at that point
If you're playing the server that long and continue to want VIP you'd decide to buy Perma instead of continuing to buy every month.
The 5 credit for 1 month VIP purchase would need to be repeated every month, so you'd be consciously buying VIP for a month 10 times instead of buying permanent VIP, it's not like packages get auto-purchased for you.

I loved CityRP and would love if it made a successful return, but there's things y'all gotta remember.
The core reasons CityRP never took off would still be present. The server is a DarkRP server but the majority of the players in this community who enjoy DarkRP the most didn't play CityRP because it's effectively a hard reset, they don't have the Custom Classes, Money, Donor Items, Loot Items, or even Level that they spent however long or however much money on DarkRP attaining. You ask players if they will voluntarily take a total reset, while still providing the server that they have all their hard work on, most of them are not going to start playing CityRP with the only outside-perceived difference being 'cars'. (Also there's a thing about bases/dupes due to different maps)
Most people had good experiences on CityRP, providing players were on, but most of this community didn't dedicate much time to it. What this means is that plenty of people can say '+1 it was fun' but then might only play it an hour once a week. SWRP made a good comeback because the server had done better in its previous existence, plenty of Garnet players had SWRP experience or wanted that experience in Garnet, and SWRP as a category is popular on Garry's Mod. CityRP meanwhile is always perceived as a DarkRP spin-off, and see my previous paragraph for why that's not helpful to CityRP.
Just gonna note my assessment may be entirely wrong and it could have a great return. I just feel the odds are stacked against it, and while I personally enjoyed the server and dedicated quite some time to it, I don't expect it to suddenly become viable almost 1 year after it was closed down.

Ping is not the issue for EU players, as an EU player my ping rarely is a problem and considering most of this server is PvE even an above average ping is not going to have a major impact on your experience.
The main reason for lack of EU popularity on the server is the lack of substantial EU players currently, and that's a trait I've noticed across the whole community. The lack of substantial EU players means you don't get the Gamemasters and Battalion members necessary to grow your EU playerbase, at the appropriate times.
An example for me is that during the week I would need to be awake at 1am for the start of an off-world event. Most players have school/work so they can't stay up until 2-3am just to participate in an off-world event. Another example is you want to play with other people, and if other players don't get online until the time you need to go to bed, then you don't experience the server with players on it.

I committed to MRP in January last year, and except for my dirt digging for a month, have more or less spent the entire 16-17 months on MRP. From my early stages in MRP, being active when the server was at a low, I was fortunate enough to get a push from Officers and Staff back then to contribute more and more to the server. Back in the days when I was in Army, I felt an immense responsibility to the 11B who deserved an actual experience of the server, and tried to provide that to as many of them as much of that as possible. As time went on, I had my little dirt digging session, and when I came back was given the position of GA in Army when Army was struggling. During that time, I felt an immense responsibility to all of Army who deserved and needed change to improve the faction. In November, that responsibility had burnt me out, and I chose to hand Army over to someone with more motivation than me, as I felt there was no point leading the faction if I didn't have the motivation. 2 weeks later, the Manager resigned and myself and Salmon were effectively managers, and at the end of the month I was again fortunate enough to be officially made Manager. During that time, I felt an immense responsibility to the server, that was undergoing a definite transition, to try and provide a better experience for players.
As time has gone on, that feeling of responsibility has burnt me out once again. Something that I wished to announce on my own terms, that unfortunately I was not able to do, is that the feeling of responsibility to the server and the role of Manager has been harming my mental health in the past 2-3 weeks. Ideally, I would love to continue as MRP Manager and try my best to help the server, but I know that when you find yourself in a hole, you don't keep digging.
I'm resigning from MRP as Manager, and wish all those on the server who truly want it to do well are empowered to help as much as they can, but I will remain in the community so this isn't a full goodbye.
I can't tag everyone who has helped me because holy shit that's a lot of people, but I'll just tag a notable few
@LeKichi - ty for my sanity
@Rust - ty for backing me back when i was enlisted, and being short
@acer - go eat a burger with no honey mustard
@Fetn - You kept me sane when I was the only 11A, even if you're a cheater who wears skirts
@Fonza - Thank you for taking the chance on making me Head Admin, and your help back when you were GB COL
@Reeper - another person keeping me sane during 11A days
@Ozzy - you are sensible and mature, you have no idea how much that helps with MRP
@Proggy - i know everyone probably says this, but man you being chill and chatty with people really did help me feel part of a community early on
@Nutter - you're great so long as we don't let you draw in jackbox
and everyone else who helped me rise, or helped me lead, obviously your contributions are valued

The HP change was the only part of this that may have been implemented, however a runaway recruit isn't a big issue and the other recruits are more liable to being accidentally killed if the RAC/DS has bad aim.
Alternatively, you could ask Staff/GMs in-game to Respawn problematic Recruits

He abused the Officer role on Teamspeak after being told specifically not to abuse it by an Admin because he had previously abused it. That summary came from Tanhk when talking to me yesterday

This gun is not currently in server files, so is there an add-on you specifically want adding to the server that contains this gun? Also, how would this class be obtained? Would it be donator, replace a gun on a specific class, or what?

I'm going to note that in order for a name PK to take effect, proof of assassination is required (e.g. a clip). If this was to be changed, which would require visible support from either comments or reactions, name PKs on assassins would only take effect if there was evidence of the deaths that made it clear it was during an assassination attempt

If you mean for the map currently on the server, please put this here:
-
It'll just force the US basecampers back about 10 feet so they are no longer rendering the base. I publicly stated the rule may change if basecamping is a serious issue depite attempts being made to reduce it.
Meaning if players aren't trying to use vehicles, and aren't trying to use other flanking routes to the Objective, a change to the basecamp rule won't actually fix anything, players will just die 10 feet outside their base instead of the moment they step out.
We had a Staff meeting last night, and whilst someone asked about the rule, not one of the Staff team present told me it was a serious issue. Also it's worth noting this map is 3 days old now, and players behaviours change as they get used to the map, and that applies to both sides.

As Sunday already mentioned, you're asked to list 5 unique event ideas
1. A statement you'll present events from the perspective of a participant
2. Saying everyone should work together
3. Very under-explained idea that lacks clarity
4. Saying you'll have roles in events for certified people
5. Special roles in events depending on how the event goes? I think? This one is confusing as hell
Considering you're asked for 5 event ideas, you've presented 1 half-baked idea and 4 generic promises.
Also, GMs need to be able to express their events/ideas clearly, your application doesn't do this, and that makes me question how you'd be able to handle explaining an event as things develop, and making sure participants know what's going on and why.
