Denied We would like to find more ways that everyone can grind and not be on at a certain time in the morning/dead hours. For example, someone getting access to orbital airstrike early in the morning and no one else getting to use it.

+1 Confirming my Referral does amazing work as staff and would love to see him back. Goes above and beyond helping new people with rules and figurng out the map.

-1 While your events don't seem bad at all you use to tryout for rangers a lot and seemed like a good candite but started going kind of down not talking to people anymore and then you got officers and you have disappeared off the server since I haven't seen you or seen a LOA from you.

+1 would be a great addition MP could raid them if caught while also give more to do when GM/s aren't on and be fun to do during peace time.

+1 Listens very well and gives great feedback while helping players all the time. Also, past staffing experiences another good factor.

+1 Always on and a ear for anyone to talk to and gives good advise. I have seen you go out of your way to help new players and to me that's a big thing as well. Would be a great add to the staff team.

-1 You have barley got enough hours to apply I would have waited a bit longer if I was you. I haven't seen you that many times but the times I have seen you was during war and that's it. Personally I feel you should be more active one in the discord and also on team speak I haven't seen you on either one. Which is kind of a bigger thing for me. I haven't seen you interacting with players outside of war which is another big thing I would do also making your name know threw the community by being respected and looked up to are the things that make staff members stand out and better in the community. Other than that your staff app is good I have no issues with your app.

-1 What's your current hours on server also not on gmod its self and not old account. Paragraphs need a lot of improvement are very week in my eyes doesn't really give any reasons to make me look at you towards being a staff member. I personally never seen you on the server.

+1 very active goes above and beyond have seen him multiple times teaching new players. The rules but also helping them out getting familiar with the server. Knows the rules very well. Cary’s him self with high standards. He never gave up when trying to join rangers and even encourages others to keep trying and not give up on there selfs.

Major W on the strongholds think this is a great additional interacting outside of war that gm’s can also use in events to add off of.

-1 Staff app needs lots of work done to fully meet my qualifications paragraphs are way to short for one needs more detail and why you would be a good fit. Also I see to much mingy from you on the server. I havent seen you on really on that much in awhile. I would better your self and get your name better know in the community before you were to apply again.

+1 Mature guy level headed goes out of his way teaching new players the server. Is a great people person would do amazing as staff hope to see him on the staff team.
