If you'd like to test the functionality for the SWEP, simply contact a staff member for assistance Gamemasters & Admins Permissions The spawning of NPCs has been granted Noclip no longer requires you to be on duty Attempted to fix Managers' permaprops permissions Cloaking Tweaked the way cloaking works following ideas given to me by @Ozzy Thank you, and I hope it works. NPCs seem like they will be nice probably play better then most of the 11B PVTs too. Overall sounds like it will be a nice fun update keep up the good work Garnet. Quote Link to comment

But overall a really cool update, I'm excited to use those handcuffs and see what interesting roleplay occurs from this, should definitely help make the server more interesting. Without sounding like a douche, it's almost like they only have two purposes.. kidnap/rp scenarios and correctional measures to minges.
