MRP Staff Roster for the Month of May

MVP (81 sits)

Badguy > Moderator: Phenomenal sit count and more that fulfilled his duties as a Trial Mod.

Promotions

Theos > Trial Admin: Fulfilled his duties as a Head Mod. Has shown himself to be ready to take on the next tier of staffing.

Whu > Trial Admin: 2nd highest sit count, plus activity in both Divisions due to a mid-month swap.

Reeper > Trial Admin: Another month with a solid sit count. Continues to be a role model on the server. Would probably have to be more involved in Operators (not his fault this month) and server discussions to continue onto Admin.

Early > Head Mod: Managed to fulfill Moderator duties even with a lengthy LOA.

Fetn > Senior Gamemaster: Has been one of the lone success stories in the 12 months the GM system has been around. Actively hosts events and searches for feedback on how he can improve.

Moving

Kurtle > Gamemaster: Decided to change roles into a more Roleplay centered job. Been active in trying to churn out events.

Extended Terms

Randaldo > Admin: Great activity and contributions. Helped completely re-write the Staff Training Doc and supervised 2 trainings. Doing all the right things to progress.

Miller > Admin: Also helped with the new Training Doc. However, low server activity, which needs to improve if he wants to keep this rank, let alone move up.

Salmon > Admin: Good activity and helped delegate Operator duties per his role.

Fonza > Trial Admin: Great activity and role model for the server. Definitely on pace to pass the trial period and move onto Admin.

Rust > Woman Admin: A great role model for the server and genuinely cares for it’s well-being. Churn out a month where you have great activity and you’ll move up.

Hysteria > Trial Admin: Great role model and genuinely cares for the server. Not afraid to voice his opinion, even it's unpopular. On the right path towards Admin.

Python > Trial Admin: Shows glimpses of what seems to be a great Admin and then turns around and does something that makes you scratch your head. June is a make or break month for you. Eliminate the mingey behavior and you’re an Admin. Don’t and you’re an H-Mod.

Eli > Trial Admin: Average sit count with some HR work. Had a LOA at the end of the month.

Valor > Trial Admin: Low sit count with some HR work. Had an LOA at the beginning of the month.

Maddox > Trial Admin: Slightly below average sit count and 2 reports/appeals handled. Feels like he’s just coasting and not really invested in the server / staff team. Needs to become more active in server discussions.

Acer > Head Mod: Average sit count and 1 Training. Technically had enough “production” but seemed like he was doing the bare minimum.

Tuna > Head Mod: Low sit count but good activity and Operator work.

Angry > Head Mod: Low sit count and no Operator work, which to be fair, Operator Members get fuck all to do.

Mav > Moderator: Not enough sits to warrant a promotion.

Lint > Trial Mod: Accepted this month. Still did have most of the month though and had a very low sit count.

Brian > Trial Mod: Accepted mid-month.

Szrp > Trial Mod: Accepted late in May.

Ozzy Blackwell > Trial Mod: Accepted late in May.

Care > Trial Mod: Accepted mid-month.

Aparh > Gamemaster: Active in getting events out. Looks for feedback.

Dillan > Gamemaster: Promoted late-month.

Demotions

RealRichard > User: Resigned

Party > Head Mod: Does not have the executive team’s trust to be a face of the server. Too many fits in Discord or on the server and overall questionable decision making. A clean month will result in another Trial Admin period.

Ominous > Head Mod: Left without giving Jake or I any notice of an LOA. Will be on a short leash this month. Needs solid activity to stay on the team.

Matheson > User: Resigned

JordanD > User: Who?

Camo > Moderator: Had an LOA at the beginning of the month but very low overall activity and sit count. Not just a one month issue.

Waifu > Gamemaster Trainee: Similar to Ominous, took an LOA but failed to inform anybody. Will be expected to improve activity and event production.

Weeb > Head Mod: Was very vocal about how he’d take advantage of Trial Admin’s Gamemaster perms but has failed to do anything with them. Also low activity in general.

Great job to everyone who got promoted and a special thanks to aparh and kurtle and dillan y'all have been improving the reputation for the GM team by putting out great events and events that are fun for everyone. I hope this month will be even better for everyone and maybe we will get a few more GMs hopefully
