Silent Hill 2 creeped me the fuck out when i was a youngan, but In my teens it became pretty difficult to be scared playing a horror game. I'm unable to suspend my disbelief when it comes to games (and movies too really). I'm rarely ever immersed to a point where what's happening on the screen isn't just pixels to me. 

PVP survival games like H1Z1: Just Survive and Rust had some scary moments but not because of the game necessarily, but more the high stakes of losing hours/days of work in a single pvp fight where every action matters.
