I believe that I would make a good staff member because I have past experience with being staff and I have experience dealing with players breaking rules and trying to find loopholes in the rules. I am also one of the current  rust S.Admin so I have seen my fair share of rule breakers/minges. I am very active on the server and i try to help out where I can from events to rp scenarios. I enjoy helping others and making the server better for the community and want to see it grow.  Most of the time I'm a very chill person and believe that I am a pretty professional person most of the time. I will admit I've done a couple of minge things before but I try to be as helpful and professional as I can.

 

I have been part of the community for over a year now and garnet was my first rust server and have been here ever since. I first became staff in May of 2020 and have been part of the team ever since so I'm dedicated to helping this community. I tried to help cityrp when it was up i was on there every day to help the pop but it just didn't stay, then i played darkrp for a little bit and made friends with some of the staff there and had a good time, then proggy told me i should try out Mrp and i have really enjoyed it so far. I have met some wonderful people in mrp on US and RU side and great ppl in SOC factions. I want to help the server out more than just being a normal player and wish to make the server a better place for new players and older ones too.

I can't speak for his experience on MRP because I haven't been playing MRP recently, but when it comes to Rust he's been a consistent staff member and has out-lived the past several managers, and he's stayed out of trouble the entire time. 

He's always been a good voice of reason in whatever VC I'm in with him. Having common sense and knowing how to respond to things is a good quality in a staff member. 
I'll +1 because of his dedication to our rust servers as well as his recent grind on MRP.

I mean as one of the people who recommended him for staff he is a good guy with good intentions for the server and as he said has a lot of experience as staff in the past and present and i think he'd be a great pick for our staff team.

I'm gonna have to fully agree with Proggy here, my experience with bio on the rust team has only been exceptional and I believe with no doubt that he would be an amazing addition to the MRP staff team. +1

+1 as well, Bios has been around for the longest time, always pleasant to talk to (as long as you can ignore the slight redneck undertones - which actually work for MRP). He's alot more mature than the average MRP staff to begin with, which you can come to an assumption of by just reading
