Update content packs

These are outdated and would make more sense for the pack to include the majority of the addons available.

I've made a workshop collection on my own after seeing how out-of-date it was, but it sounds like this would be useful for MRP as well.

so i went through my garnet content packs just to see, and i literally have 11 of them in my files, thats not including the weapon packs or other random ones either. If it were possible, having packs simply names MRP, DRP, TTT, and SWRP would make it much easier for new players to download.
