While I haven't been on the server for very long, I have seen Chris more than anyone else and even found myself getting assisted by him when I had some questions to answer. He is an uplifting person and while I only have almost 30 hours playtime rn, so my vote doesn't count for much, I generally like the idea of him being on the staff team, so +1 from me, dude.
