  Past experiences as staff: [Optional] I do not have experience as staff on this game, though I have been involved with roleplay as a whole for years. I have created and owned multiple roleplay games on Roblox, which averaged between 50-100 players a day. I have also been able to hold positions of higher ranking staff members within games owned by others.  With this, I have picked up on the rules of roleplay, and strengthened my connections as a player and a leader within my respective communities. I am aware of how it sounds, but I have moved on from Roblox, and directed my attention toward Garry’s Mod.    

Why should we choose you over other applicants? [minimum 2 paragraphs]

Within my experience in roleplay, and my standard interests throughout life, there are a number of reasons I should be chosen over other applicants. Firstly, I am very meticulous in my work. I always pay attention to the most seemingly miniscule details in order to ensure that the situation was handled fairly. Recently, I have been dedicating a lot of my time to this game, and have picked up on the rules after both reading them, and seeing them firsthand. I enjoy assisting people in any way possible. I have leadership traits, and I am willing to take the initiative to assist all of the members of the community as best as possible.  I enjoy working in teams, and building bonds with all members of the community. As a staff member I will be there for players to go to. Throughout my time on the server, I have always had a staff member I could go to for help, and they have made this wonderful experience so much better. The way the staff team presents itself and their professional ways have become an inspiration to me, and I hope to contribute to this server as much as I can.

 

I personally am a people person. I have always loved interacting with, and being around people. A large part of being on the staff team is interacting with the community. Being a part of this community means so much to me, and as a staff member I will do my best to make the server an even better place. I have met so many people on the server that have been helpful to me, and I commend this amazing staff team for everything that they do. I enjoy putting a smile on the faces of others. I constantly push myself to be better, looking for every way possible to improve myself and my traits. I strive to be a person people enjoy coming to for advice. I will make sure to give my best effort on everything I do. I am a very unbiased person who will always listen to both sides of the story before making a decision. With my past experience in moderation, I have been able to practice this skill and use it to the best of my abilities.

From personal experience, a large part of being on a staff team is leadership. Staff members are to be community examples. I want to do everything I can to help better the community and strengthen my bond with others. I am an ambitious person, and constantly look for ways to help others.  I am a very professional person, and this will remain consistent. Though there is a time between work and play, I am able to distinctly draw that line, and fulfill my duties by any means necessary.

 Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, Include details Yes, I was banned once for two days. I had a shootout with the police and accidentally caught a spectator in the crossfire and received a two day ban for RDM.  I have learned where I was wrong in that situation, and have been working to improve ever since. 

Have you made any previous applications, If so when?: Yes, I submitted an application on the 23 of November.

How much time do you have to contribute to the role?: The time I have to contribute ranges from 2-3 hours during the weekdays to around 5 on the weekends.

If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Garry's Mod? Outside of Garry’s Mod I am a nursing student in college.

11/10 person, I love his attitude. He is so eager to be staff, and puts a smile on my face about how excited he is to become staff. He helps out people even if it is not needed. He knows the rules very well and always asks questions when he is not for sure the right answer is.

Nah I am joking, of course I would LOVE to have you on the staff team. You are good to hang out with, you're good with the rules and overall just a good pal.
The community itself has a good outlook on you too.

That is just the beginning, then you put in such dedication into the application, gave us a lot of details, past experiences, were honest and even showed willingness to improve from past mistakes.

This is an absolutely beautiful staff application and should be used an an example for others.
